Building At Kheda Under Nadiad- Ssa.; 1 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. 2 Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer in-charge. 3 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : 4 Of area 3 sq. metres and below 5 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 6 Removing aluminium partition/modular partition including dismembering and seperating members like aluminium pipe, beadings,glass , prelaminated board,door closer/floor spring, door shutter etc. and stacking the material as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : 8 Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform 9 Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers 10 Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts 11 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. 12 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 13 Providing and applying Epoxy passivate coat of Dr. Fixit Epoxy Zinc Primer or approved Equivalent over exposed, cleaned,new/old reinforcing bars to provide a continuos film around the reinforcing bar as per manufacturers specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Area of the RCC surface as before the application of treatment is to be measured for payment ) 14 Treating vertical/ horizontal crack existing on external surface at brick wall and RCC member junction after making V groove (approximate 40mm wide & 40mm deep including plaster thickness) with appropriate tool, cleaning and filling the crack flush with existing plastered surface using cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement : 1 fine sand) admixed with Pidicrete URP of Dr. Fixit or equivalent approved in proportion @ 6 % of cement content in the mix etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Item shall include all the materials, labours, tools & plants etc at any floor level with necessary julla.
