Tender For Repair To Road At Various Units Under Ge Dipatoli; 1 Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as directed. 2 M & L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleared surface withair compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying prime coat with cationic bitumen emulsion SS-1 at the rate of 5kg per 10 sqm complete all as directed. 3 Preparing the existing black top surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clear the surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 5 kg / 10 Sqm ,Grade VG-30 complete all as directed. 4 M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete prepared in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver and rolled complete all as directed. 5 M & L for Pre-mix bituminous, macadam 4% binder content VG-30 by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) complete all as directed. (Mix shall be prepared from hot mix plant and spreading shall be with mechanical paver machine). 6 Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thickpainting centre line, arrow, dashes, letters etcnot exc 10 cm wide on roads pavement with hot applied thermoplastic roads marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine as per manufacturers instruction complete all as directed. 7 Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 1.00mm thickpainting centre line, arrow, dashes, letters etcnot exc 10 cm wide on roads pavement with hot applied thermoplastic roads marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine as per manufacturers instruction complete all as directed. 8 S&F in repair road stud reflective type of metal body alloy with PAMA strip lens reflector with MS stud of suitable size fixed with adhesive as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as directed.Make: Model No DA-972 of Dark Eye or equivalent of 3M/Sun Eyez/ M/s Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd / M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd. 9 S&F in repair Solar road stud made of aluminium alloy , 100% water proof with high efficiency mono crystalling solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.30 watt , one Ni-Mh or Ni-Cd rechargable battery (1.2v/1600MA), six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd, bearing weight of 10 tonnes (appx) fixed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed.Make: Dark Eyeor equivalent of 3M/ Sun Eyez/ M/s Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd/ M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd. 10 S&Fin repair delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMPA and mounted on 50/65 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly power coated and thermo plastic elastomer three bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC type B1:2:4 (150x150x300mm)as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed.Make: Dark Eyeor equivalent of 3M/ Sun Eyez/ M/s Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd/ M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd. 11 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as directed. 12 M&L PCC 1:4:8 type - D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete ,sub base as in floors complete all as directed. 13 M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub-base of pathway and parking area complete all as directed. 14 Dismantling of Stonesett paving of laid dry or laid dry and pointed any description or thickness complete all as directed. 15 Dismantling of interlocking tiles of any description and any thickness and removing from site complete all as directed. 16 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour , design & pattern as in footpath , parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size / shape , made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, fininshing and sweeping extra sandcomplete all as directed. 17 All as per above item no 16 except tiles 18 M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping bed block,water trought and similar works including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form workcomplete all as directed. 19 S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to I.S. 1161-1998
