Engr-in-Charge shallensure for proper size of PVC conduit be used at site.(ii) Seperate conduit shall be used foreach submain wiring circuit irrespective of any number of wire.(iii)3 runs of conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured as one run. 167 M&L for earthing completewith galvanisedsteelearth plateelectrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 15 mm bore( light grade)and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe(light grade ) andchamber of pcc 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg.50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of SSR PT 1, 1991 with charcoal dust and saltcomplete and earth leadconnected to earthing test pointcompleteall as specified &testing on completion. 168 Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete. 169 Taking down existing water heater 25/35 Litres capacity and depositing in MES E/M store and repair & refixing the same at its old position/location, including provision of required elements, nuts bolts and fastner, transportation etc, complete all as specified and directed. 170 Taking down existing Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan and depositing in MES E/M store and repair & refixing the same at its old position/location, including provision of required winding, synthetic enamel paint by spraying, nuts bolts and fastner, transportation etc, complete all as specified and directed. 171 EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION 172 Supply & fixingXLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 sqmm, 3.5 Core as directed and instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. 173 M&L sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts. Complete all as specified and directedNote: Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment. 174 M&L, locally available , sub class B bricks (old size) laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protectionprependicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and directed. 175 Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
