Tender For Provision Of Improvement Of Entrance At Bldg No. P-140 Under Ge 865 Ews; 1 S&F Ladakhi style wooden shirshak fully designed as per Ladakhi style for roof/ window chajja on vertical/ horizontal surfaces of wall using the following specifications:-(a) S&F IInd class hard wood wooden gutties of size 50 mm x 50mm x 300/ 100 x 100 x 600 mm depth fixed in wall by making holes in brick wall and making good in cement mortar 1:3 (1 for cement and 3 for sand)(b) S&F Horizontal runner IInd class hard wood with nails or screws, treated with two coats of cerosite oil mixed with good quality pesticide for antitermite treatmenttongue and groove method of fittings as in wall with router machine for designing the wooden surface (c) M&L for French polishing on wooden surfaceany description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats till the surface smooth/ glossy complete all as specified and/or asdirected by the Engr-In-Charge. 2 M&L Ladakhi style IInd class hardwood 5-12 mm thick wooden film on the face side and other side asin wall and ceilings fixed with screws as per manufacturers instructions including wooden nap grid frame work fixed with screws/ plugs etc. including GI suspenders of 4- 6 mm dia up to 1200 mm length adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size as per approved pattern and design and IInd class hard wood wooden gutties of size 50 mm x 50mm x 300/ 100 x 100 x 600 mm depth fixed in wall by making holes in brick wall and making good in cement mortar 1:3 (1 for cement and 3 for sand) for wall complete all as specified and/or asdirected by the Engr-In-Charge. 3 S&F 45mm thick 2nd class softwood, plain, framed, panelled shutters, with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged) fixing 8 Ladakhi auspicious signs in wooden on the face side as in wall fixed with screws/ fasteners as per manufacturers instructions including wooden snap grid frame work fixed with screws/ plugs etc by making holes in brick wall and making good in cement mortar 1:3 (1 for cement and 3 for sand) for wall complete all as specified and/or asdirected by the Engr-In-Charge. 4 M&L for 8-10 mm thick toughened glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes, SS handle 900 mm long, SS hinges required complete all as specified and/or asdirected by the Engr-In-Charge. 5 M&L for 7-10mm thick teak wood finish laminatedwooden flooring interlocked with each others and its size as directed, over6 micron polyethylene sheeting over the concrete to minimize moisture migration from the concrete complete all as specified and/or asdirected by the Engr-In-Charge. 6 S&F wooden panelling on vertical surfaces of wall using the following specifications:-(a) S&F IInd class hard wood wooden gutties of size 25 mm x 25mm x 200 mm depth fixed in wall by making holes in brick wall and making good in cement mortar 1:3 (1 for cement and 3 for sand)(b) S&F Horizontal runner IInd class hardwood @ 1.20 mtr C/C of cross sectional area exc. 13 Sqcm and 25 Sqcm clean swan with nails or screws, treated with two coats of cerosite oil mixed with good quality pesticide for antitermite treatment. (c) S&F IInd class hard wood boarding 12 to 15 mm with tongue and groove method of fittings as in wall panelling planed one side, and other side wrought fixed with screws.(d) S&F IInd class hard wood decorative beading 40 mm wide on top and bottom along perimeter of the wall or as specified.(e) M&L for French polishing on wooden surfaceany description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats till the surface smooth/glossy complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for 20 mm thick granite stone (any type)(table rubbedand polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of graniteincluding cutting etc. and screed bed with CM (1:4) 20mm thick for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8 M&L for providing edge moulding to 18-20 mm thick stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and/or asdirected by the Engr-In-Charge. 9 S&F solid fanesta colouredbasement/sliding window/door frames made of extruded profiles. Profiles of frames and sash will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc.. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2+ 0.2.mm thick galvanized steel profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, complete all as specified and/or asdirected by the Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Glazing, hardware hinges and fitting, EPDM rubber gasket etc. to be paidseparately (ii)Each member of window to be measured separately with clear length. 10 M&L factory made fanesta coloured fixed door/ window made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm(+-0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (60mm x 58mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm).
