Tender For Widening Of Culvert Nain Road To Balipur Via Mujjfarpur Road - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. 2 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. 3 Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:3 cement and Coarse sandmortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 4 RCC work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete,Slab including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - Above plinth level upto fifth floor level in :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 5 Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its waistage Bend, hooks, binding wire and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. 6 Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement : 3 Fine Sand) (A) Flush pointing 7 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause-401 8 WBM (G-2) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification clause-405 9 WBM (G-3) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause-405 10 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of raod surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause-502 11 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause-503 12 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades. as per Technical Specification clause-508 13 Providing & laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C as per Technical Specification clause-510
