Tender For Bitumen and WBM work on the rectangle road located in the authority notified village Hariyaon - Road work 2 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming including all respect. 3 Providing,laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53 mm)to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing,rolling with smooth wheeI roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density. WBM Grading-III as per Technical Spcification clause 40 4 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. 5 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm nominal size (22.4mm-1.2mm) & 11.2mm nominal size (13.2mm-5.6mm) ggregates either using penetration grade bitumen @1.46 kg/sqm to quired line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static rollar capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-C as per TechnicalSpecificationClause 508. 6 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type-C with bitumen binder @ 0.65 kg/sqm including cost of bitumen as per Technical Specification Clause 510. 7 Supply and laying Brick edging on both side of road of road of staight bumt laid with mud mortar includingh labiur & supply of brick finushed to required templete and in proper alignment including all respect . 8 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen Emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with mechanicalbroom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 9 Earth work in filling levling dressing and unloding and cartage of 5 km complet in all respect
