Installation wooden battens (provided by others) of section 50mmx50mm or as approved by thei Architect on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs at spacing of 600mm centre-to-centre. Install the first set of wooden panels by inserting the clips for border: channeled woodworks and insert the groove of the panel into the projecting flange of the aluminum clip. Continue: Installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into the groove of the earlier inserted panel and progressively installing clips for inside channeled woodworks into the next keel till the actual height is achieved. (As per DSR 16.84) 15 Providing and fixing 60 mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete paver block grey/ colored/ polished/ designer (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M35 ISI marked including the cost of good quality color and hardening agents. The paver should be compiled with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over layer of 50mm average thick sand to the required slope and requirement complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
