Special Repair Work On Dholra Sisauli Budhana Road Km-15 (350) And 16 (650). - Scarifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres. (Excluding G.S.T.) 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam (Grading-II) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (By Mechanical Means) (Excluding G.S.T.) 3 Providing and applying primer coat with SS2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granularBase including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm usingmechanical means. (Excluding G.S.T.) 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. Including Tack Coat. (Excluding G.S.T.) 5 Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat Type-B with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade. (Excluding G.S.T.) 6 Supply, Laying & Fixing of 350 mm dia NP-3 RCC Hume Pipesincluding all material, labour & Proper completion of work .. (Excluding G.S.T.) 7 Construction of Patri on both side of the road withCarted Earth Cartage of Earth 5.00 Km with all lift and lead, transporting to site ,spreding grading to required slope and compacting as per SOR SI No 253 & 261 (C). complete in all respects Excluding GST. (Excluding G.S.T.) 8 M-150 Brick on edge pavement on parties with bricks, laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope, and its ramming, spreading layer of 1 cm. (3/8) depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all materials, labour Tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Excluding G.S.T.)
