Tender For Special Repair To R.D Road To Kasipal Road- Clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening of berms, disposal of the stuff upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area including all labour, T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 2 Scarifying the existing Bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 m 3 Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision) 4 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th Revision). 5 Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface/granular base bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Providing and laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping & 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and other T&P articles but excluding cost & conveyance of chips & bitumen complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge 7 Providing and laying 6 mm thick precoated seal coat Type - B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8 kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, tar boiler & all other T&P articles but excluding cost & conveyance of chips & bitumen. 8 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms, spreading, grading to required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications forRoad & Bridge works (4th Revision) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
