Tender For Procurement Of Boring Machine-Tubewell boring machine powered by 10 HP high speed brand new diesel engine Kirloskar having two rollers (Primary and Secondary) with different speeds made from 6 inches dia MS plate and side made from 6 mm thick MS plate consisting 100 multistring high strength 12 mm dia wire rope for main roller and 18 mm wire for tripod stand roller/secondary roller, consisting foam cushioned operator chair made of MS sheet and like to with stand weight up to 150 kg. 20 feet foldable ladder type tripod made from 4 No. pipes 3 inches dia MS pipe (two pipes for stair riser pie of stair l inch dia MS pipe and two for tripod), Pulley block of 3 No. Pulleys of 6 inches size fitted on chassis made from MS channel 15 MC 125 with a hook for towing the machine, mounted on two tyres of size 6.0018 (Brand new make MRF/Apollo etc.) consisting tubes, rims, axles, hubs, etc. of suitable sizes as main tyre and one one rubber roller tyre 8 inches dia as center tyre, fitted with four No. jecks type lifting stand (two on each side) for support during working, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel with writing the name of division on it complete in all respect in full working condition up to entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge. 3 One no loading platform for loading of boring machine into truck made from MS structural steel as per requirement having approximate weight of 250 kg Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
