Tender For Competitivee-Bidding For Supply Of Sugar Bag Handling Work In Sugar Godown No. 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 For Season 2025-26 - Lifting the filled bags of sugar from the dryer house to godown no. 1, 2, 3 and 4 with their own resources and stacking them grade wise in the godown and covering the stacks with tarpaulin.2 Lifting the filled bags of sugar from the dryer house to godown no. 5 with their own resources and stacking them grade wise in the godown and covering the stacks with tarpaulin. 3. Unloading the filled bags from the sugar warehouse from various platforms and loading them onto trucks/trolleys and other vehicles.4. Unloading the brown sugar bags from various platforms and loading them onto trucks/trolleys and other vehicles.5. Loading the filled sugar bags from the dryer house into trucks/trolleys and other vehicles as required.6. Filling the filled and weighed sugar bags that have been torn or damaged into new bags or the same bags, and weighing and packing them as per instructions.7. Moving the filled sugar bags from one warehouse to another, as required, and stacking them up to a height of 30 bags as per instructions.8. Unloading the sugar bags from the platforms in various warehouses and reweighing them.9. Moving the brown sugar bags from the dryer house and stacking them up to a height of 20 bags in the warehouse.10. Stacking the brown sugar bags in the dryer house to a height of 20 bags.11. Unloading sacks of sugar from one place to another and stacking them on another stack up to a height of 25 sacks.12. Sewing and weighing sacks of sugar from warehouses that have opened their mouths.13. Repairing torn and damaged sacks of sugar.14. Stacking stacks of 30 sacks in the drying house in case of bad weather.15. Shifting sugar sacks from one warehouse to another safely using porters and own resources in case of natural calamities/unavoidable circumstances.16. Providing labourers for proper collection of the scattered sugar by removing mats, polythene etc. after loading and stacking of bags in the sugar godowns, repairing the bags after the bags are torn etc. so that the sugar can be saved from getting spoiled in the godowns.17. During the season, the torn bags should be taken to the dye house by stacker and trolley and the repairing should be done by the contractor using his own resources.
