Tender For Relaying Of Synthetic Hockey Turf & Lightning At Thenzawl, Mizoram.; 1 Removal and disposal of Existing Synthetic Hockey Turf to the specified location. 2 Removal and disposal of existing shockpad at the specified location. 3 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineerin-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads, including all lifts involved. 4 Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :i) On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg / sqm 5 Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder anc filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3°/< (percentage by weight of Aggregate prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100 120 TPH capacity. 6 Laying of in-situ Shockpad of thickness 15mn & 4mm SBR with 12% binder as per Fib Guidelines. 7 Supplying of FIH-approved global category synthetic hockey turf from FIH preferred producer/supplier and laid by FIH certified field builder and jointing and fixing the same on the bituminous sub base with minimum15mm thick rubberized under layer as per the FIH requirements and the pasting of synthetic grass as per the specification of theGlobal Category FIH competition including all marking on the surface as per FIH rules and standard etc. complete as per the instructions of the engineer-in-charge. 8 Providing & fixing F.I.H. approved Hockey goal post semi permanent & portable with quick lock net system for net attachment all complete as per directions and approvals of Engineer-in-charge. 9 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. i) With cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand) 10 Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000 x 650x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineerin- charge. 11 Making hole up to 20x20 cm and embedding pipes up to 150 mm diameter in masonry and filling with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including disposal of rnalba. 12 Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930 Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required 13 Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits, (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water, (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine, (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface, (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction o Engineer-in-Charge. i) With cement mortal 1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand) 15 Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels 1 subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 :1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge.
