Tender For 1 Supply, Install, and Commission High-Efficiency Solar Panels: supply, install, mount, test, and commission premium, high-efficiency 600W monocrystalline solar panels (or equivalent, best-in-market PV modules such as the latest bifacial modules or (Longi type) or modules using TOPCon, HJT, or PERC technologies). These modules should have a voltage range of 450-800 VDC, advanced bypass diodes for superior power loss minimization under shading conditions, and an expected warranty of at least 25 years, surpassing standard 15-year warranties. The panels will be constructed from top-tier materials, including durable tempered glass, high-performance EVA resin, weatherproof film, and corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum frames, ensuring optimal performance in harsh outdoor environments and long-term reliability. The panel orientation (landscape or portrait) will be determined based on available space and in strict compliance with the manufacturer’s design specifications for maximum energy production. The scope of work includes complete installation, connection, testing, and commissioning of the system, along with the necessary accessories for system completion. The steel structure for mounting will be fabricated from 4x4 galvanized steel (4mm thickness) and installed on reinforced concrete foundations (40x40 cm with 12mm rebar), as per site engineer instructions, using bolted or welded methods. Additionally, all works required for transporting, mounting, and securing batteries, including battery stands, will be provided. All installation processes will ensure that the solar energy system is fully functional, compliant with regulatory standards, and optimized for the highest energy efficiency and performance. The type and the work is according to the siet Engineer instructions. Piece 160 2 14 kW Hybrid inverter system for 160 solar panels (600W each), warranty 15 years or equivalent type like String Inverters (SMA Sunny Tripower or Fronius Symo): supply, install, mount, test, and commission a 14 kW, 3-phase, 400 VAC hybrid inverter system with a DC input range of 800-820 VDC, designed to efficiently manage and optimize the power output from 160 solar panels (600W each). The system will include a smart inverter, built-in MPPT (maximum power point tracking) for optimal energy harvesting, frequency drive, dry running sensor, sine wave filter, circuit breakers, surge protection, and all other necessary protection systems. This hybrid inverter will ensure seamless integration with the solar array, providing both energy conversion and storage management in a reliable and efficient manner. The system will also include all required accessories for installation, connection, and commissioning, ensuring full operational capability. The price covers all necessary works, including the installation, electrical connections, testing, and final commissioning of the inverter system. Piece 8 3 14 kW Lithium-ion or Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4)Battery , 8000cycle,highy effeciency 95%: supply and installation of a 14 kW Lithium-ion or Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4), 8000 cycle, solar battery storage system, designed to store excess solar energy for use during periods of low sunlight or at night. The system includes all necessary components for integration with solar panel systems, including safety features (overcharge protection, temperature regulation, short-circuit protection), smart management features (for integration with solar inverters and home energy management systems), and user interface for monitoring energy production and consumption. • Capacity: 14 kW peak power output, with typical storage capacity up to 30 kWh. • Warranty: 5-10 years manufacturer’s warranty. • Installation: Complete installation, wiring, and configuration of system for full functionality. • Safety features: Includes overcharge protection, temperature regulation, short-circuit protection, and other safety mechanisms. • Lifespan: Estimated 10-15 years. Piece 1 10 Earthing & protection system: supply, install and connect earthing and protection system containing ( according to attached earthing drawing) ( with 3 number of 20 mm dia 1.5m length Copper rods each ( triangle or straight formation based on space availability ) connect ( with all accessories such as copper nut and bolts) each other at the surface with 1x50 mm² bare Cu conductor and to M.D.B. Grounding & bounding to all associated frame and structure (PV panel & rack, connection box etc.) by 1x16 mm²yellow /green color separately . Price includes supplying of all necessary materials /accessories (mixture of coal, salt and fine sand etc.), installing, laying, testing, commissioning, excavation pit LxW, 1.8 m x 0.5m ( for each cu rod and refill with mixture of coal, salt and fine sand etc.) to complete work as required .
