Chittorgarh-1 D.E. / Ring / Box Spanner sets ( 6 mm to 32 mm ) 2 Slide Wrench & Pipe Wrench 3 Ratchet Spanner 400 pound 4 Screw Drivers / Adjusting Pliers & Nose Pliers 5 Phase tester/ Multimeter/ Tong tester 6 Measuring Tape (15 Mtr.3 Mtr.) 7 Drilling Machine / Light wt. hand grinder 8 Gas cutting set / Single phase welding set 9 Allen key set 6 mm to 20 mm 10 Dial gauge (0-1 mm) / Filler gauge (mm & thou) 11 Spring type weight scale (Hanging type 0-5 Kg) 12 Oxygen & Acetylene cylinders 13 Soap / Washing powder 14 Kerosene 15 Old sarees & Coir/wire brushes 16 Any other T&P required as per site requirement 1 Lowering of penstock gate from penstock gallery, removing solenoid coil & closing oil inlet valve. 2 Closing of 2 Nos.14size by pass valves in by pass gallery and opening of 12penstock drain valves. 3 Lowering of DT gate and sealing of DT gate, opening of DT. Drain valve, dewatering of station sump. 4 Opening of scroll case main hole & lowering of ladder with the help of EOT crane, cleaning of scroll case with water pressure. 5 Making lighting arrangement in scroll case and runner discharge ring. 6 Checking of wicket gate clearance & repairing of these if reqd. 7 Opening of DT man hole & installations of platform incl. transportation of wooden planks & making lighting arrangements. 8 Depressurizing the governor pressure, draining of sump tank oil in extra tank with the help of filter machine. Cleaning of sump tank and opening of pressure vessel main hole and cleaning pressure vessel tank. 9 Complete overhauling of un - loader valve, governor pump motor, starter etc and refitting the same after complete O/H. 10 Dismantling shaft seal and turbine bearing cooling water pipe line, replacement of shaft seal lower and upper rubber rings. 11 R&M of turbine guide bearing draining of turbine oil in empty drums, testing water leakage from the housing, cleaning oil sump refitting of turbine bearing, checking clearances and refilling turbine oil after filtration. 12 R&M of turbine bearing & shaft seal cooling water pipe lines & refitting back. 13 R&M of turbine pit pump with starter and refitting the same after overhauling. 14 R&M of ejector pump valve nozzle & refitting the same after overhauling. 15 Complete cavitational repair of runner blades by grinding with pneumatic angle grinder. 16 Filling of cavities by SS welding rod and regrinding then upto finish of these completely to its original surface. 17 Dis - mantling of runner platform and transportation & stacking of wooden planks to store and thorough checking of DT gate & gallery. 18 Closing of DT gate main hole and painting after replacing gasket sheet . 19 Greasing of links, leavers & brushes of wicket gates.(24Nos) 20 R&M and O/H of duplex water strainer and turbine cooling system valves. 21 Refilling of Governor oil tank including filtration of oil pressuring the pressure vessel with air up to 26 Kg / cm2 pressure. 22 R&M of actuator cabinet, cleaning of duplex oil strainer, checking of servo motor assembly, checking operation of operating ring by opening and closing. 23 Opening & closing of penstock main hole in switch yard. 24 Closing of scroll case man hole after removing & cleaning of waste material, lighting material & ladder. 25 Closing DT drain valves & rising the DT gates. 26 Opening the by pass valves pressuring the penstock and raising the penstock gate. Checking and testing of penstock gate auto hold operation. 27 Checking of Governor oil level & pressure indication, tripping, pit flood indication. 28 Checking of operations of SD/PSD coil & setting of limits. 29 Cleaning, transportation of material and equipments and other T&P & scrap to store. 30 Removing honey bee hives from crane & DT groove by using pesticides. 31 Loading & unloading of oil drum (capacity 210 ltr.) power house to hydraulic store or penstock gallery & hydraulic store to power house or penstock gallery. 32 Cleaning of duplex oil strainers of governing system, observation & checking of all 8 nos Governor motors & pumps & there starter, checking of deshpotoil ,checking of air filling system. 33 Checking of oil level of all 4 nos turbine bearings & top up if required, checking & attending the water leakage of shaft seal & turbine bearing CW pipeline & valves physically checking of all link & lever of machines. 34 Checking of 3 Nos dewatering pump & their starter & O/H. 35 Checking of flood dewatering pump motor & starter & overhauling of pumps. 36 Checking of 4 nos station compressor motor & starter and attending minor problems, checking of air compressor line. 37 Checking & attending leakage of main header valves and pipes. 38 By pass gallery checking & attending valves leakage and cleaning. 39 DT gallery checking and attending valves leakage and cleaning. 40 Penstock gate, checking mechanical checking and oil level checking and top up if required. Checking operation, penstock gate auto hold checking and other related works. 41 Physical inspection of all links and levers and replacement of links and levers. 42 Filtration of governor sump tank oil. 43 Checking and attending leakage of servo motor assembly. 44 Opening and closing of D.T. man hole. 45 Overhauling/ replacing governor oil pump and motor, replacing bearing with the help of crane operator. 46 Checking/ adjusting & setting RPM of machines of governing system. 47 Dismantling, Assembly & Over hauling of each pump of 02 nos. Meghraj pump and one Jyoti pump (Excluding spares). 48 Dismantling, overhauling and servicing of 20 valve of 20 main cooling water pipe lines. 49 Loading & unloading of oil drum (capacity 210 ltr.) power house to hydraulic store or penstock gallery & hydraulic store to power house or penstock gallery. 50 Providing of semi skilled helper for emergency work not carried in item above items and operation work for example shifting of material, arranging of stores etc. 51 Dismantling, Assembly & overhauling of Air Compressors & starter. (excluding spares) 52 Providing of semi skilled helper for emergency work not carried out in the above items in disaster time for dewatering, cleaning, laying out of sand bags work etc. in emergency.
