Heading 2 Dismantling brick or stonemasonry in lime or cement i/c. stacking within 60 M distance i/c. labour, T&P etc. completion. 3 Dismantling R.B .ORR.C.C. work i/e stacking of material with in 60 m. distance i/c all cost of labour, T&P etc. complete. 4 Earth work in foundation in dry soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30 M including back filling ,watering and ramming ofexcavated earth into the trenches or into the space between or into the plinth with removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer-in -in-charge up to a distance of 30 M from the foundation treanches. 5 Laying C.C. 1:3:6using size (22.4-53) mm graded crushed aggregatei/c all cost materials, labour, T&P etc. 6 Providing and laying M-105 & above brick work with 1:4 cement mortar using cement amd Coarse sand inclduing cost of allmaterials, labour, T&P etc. 7 B/W in 1:4C.M. with coarse sand Excluding cost of Brick but including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete. 8 Providing and laying Ordinary Centering & Shuttering of Ply wood or steel for R.C.C. work including all cost of material, T&P and labour etc. 9 Supplying and fixing Steel reinforcement including Bending, Binding, Cutting and placing of reinforcement including cost of binding wire but excluding cost of steel etc. complete. 10 Laying R.C.C. 1:1.5:3using size (5.6-13.20) mm graded crushed aggregatei/c all cost materials, labour, T&P etc. 11 Laying C.C. 1:2:4using size (5.6-13.20) mm graded crushed aggregatei/c all cost materials, labour, T&P etc. 12 Providing Cement pointing (Struck Deep) on brick masonary in 1:2 Cement Mortar including cost of all material, T&P and labour Complete. 13 Providing and applying snowcem washing in two coat i/c cost of all material, T&P & labour etc. complete. 14 Letter writing up to 10 cm Height including prepaition of base with Plaster ,primer two coatenamel paint of 0.80 m x 0.60 mincluding all costmaterial, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work 15 Laying and fixing R.C.C. (1:1.5:3) Wheel guard stone including all cost of materials, T&P and labour etc. 16 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary Soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits and earth Work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to the required levels and slops and also including 1.50meter lift and 1 Km lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank within 30 meter distance as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
