Brick masonry (M-105) with cement mortar of ratio 1:4 i/c all cost of material all labour, T&P and etc all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling old plaster including raking out joints and disposal of debris within 60-meter lead as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

12 mm thick Cement Plaster in ratio 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) on brick worki/c all cost of material, Labour, T&P etc. Complete

Supply and laying Plain cement concrete (P.C.C.) in 1:4:8 using size (10-20) mm graded crushed aggregate i/c all cost of material, Labour, T&P etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply & Fixing 80 mm thick precast cement concrete I-shape interlocking paver block a with top layer of minimum 8mm thickness having plan dimension 200×(160+120mm) of O.P.C Cement, Smooth high gloss finish, skid radiant, manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30MPA (M-30) and wight 5kg per no confirming to IS, 15658-2006 with a 4 cm thick layer of fine sand including cost of material, labour, T&P Taxes etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Red colour-high quality pigment)

Finishing wall with one coat of water proof cement paint Weather coat of approved quality onnew surface to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plant etc. required for proper all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting of two coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel paint including cleaning the surface including coat of all and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
