Tender For Construction Of Basti Dai Bhawani Ke Age Painted Road To Bihariganj Link Road Including 05 Year Maintenance - Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 metre in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 metre lift and 30m. lead. Theearth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30m. distance as directed by the engineer in charge. 2 Construction of Granular sub base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and complacting with smooth wheel roller to achieved the desired density. complete as per clause 401. 3 Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam (G-2) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. 4 Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. 5 Brick edging with class-150 bricks laid on edge on both sides of road in mud mortar includin cost of all material , labour T&P etc required for proper completion of workAs per SOR No. 765. 6 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical means 502.Including cost of Emulsion 7 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specicification Clause 503.Including cost of Bitumen 8 Providing and laying rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggreates usingBitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means, including mixing in a suitale plant, laying and rolling with a 3 wheel 8 - 10 tonne static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per technical clause 508. Including cost of Bitumen. 9 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including Cost of Bitumen VG-10 using @0.65 Kg/Sqm and Road Roller Charges all complete.Including cost of Bitumen. 10 Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 metre c 20 in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm(8) Layers including ramming and derssing the surface to required levels. in Patri 11 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the All kinds of soil. No.-2 Material & S.L.- 255 19 Supply of 350 mm NP3 Hume Pipe and its coller including cartage etc. complete. 20 Layaing of 350mm dia NP3 Hume Pipe in proper posistion and joining them with coller and filling of jute and cement mortar in 1:2 cement and sand complete. 21 Maintenance Cost @ 2.50% As per Go No. 17/2024/Sa-113/23-23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Dt 16.01.2024 and 3689C/PRML/Mul-23-24 Dt 17.02.2024
