Tender For Annual Maintenance Contract For Electrical Works; Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Electrical works viz repair and replacement of lights, overhauling, cleaning, checking, painting of fans/motors, general cleaning of battery, maintenance of feeders at MCC/PCC, Cable jointing work, installation of FRP cable trays, Laying of cables, wires, Fixing of Casing, Capping, switches, plugs, sockets, dismantling of cables, rewinding of motor stator, rewinding of submersible motor & repair and overhauling of submersible motor as per price schedule SL No.1 to 58. B. THE WORK INVOLVES THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES: 1. Repair and replacement of light fitting (indoor/ outdoor) Tube light fittings, Street light fittings, High bay fittings, (Mercury vapour /LED/Metal halide), Ceiling fans/BLDC Ceiling fans as mentioned in price schedule SL No.1,2,3,4 & 5. 2. Repair and overhauling of geared motors (Inline helical, parallel shaft, Worm/Bevel helical gears) in various capacities/ratings as mentioned in price schedule SL No.6 & 7. 3. Replacement of bearings and over hauling of ceiling Fans/BLDC Ceiling fans as mentioned in price schedule SL No.8. 4. Replacement of bearings and over hauling of A.C induction motors in various capacities / ratings as mentioned in price schedule SL No.9, 10, 11 & 12. 5. Replacement of electric storage water heater 3 litre to 25 litre OR replacement of voltage stabilizer up to 5 KVA OR replacements of UPS /Inverter up to 5 KVA as mentioned in price schedule SL No.13. 6. Replacement and connection of OLR, Contactor unit, MCB/ELCB/Timer in Motor starter’s upto 100 HP as mentioned in price schedule SL No.14. 7. Replacement and connection of motor starter internal power/control wiring cables and including terminal connectors upto 100 HP as mentioned in price schedule SL No.15. 8. Replacement and termination of 63A, 100A, 200A, 300A & 400A combination fuse switch/Change over switch, 63A, 125A, 250A, 400A switch disconnection fuse unit as mentioned in price schedule SL No.16. 9. Once in a year Cleaning & checking & replacement (if required) of Fan hooks/bolts, fan leaves, etc. of the Ceiling fans/BLDC Ceiling fans as mentioned in price schedule SL No.17. 10. Cleaning, painting and lubrication of Wall mounted fans/BLDC wall mounted fans/ Pedestal fans. Fan covers of the fans should be removed for cleaning and painting of fan blades and covers etc as mentioned in price schedule SL No.18. 11. Cleaning, checking and Maintenance of Power packs, stands, and control units/Equipments panels/ equipment control panels/Transformers/alternators/Portable equipments/ motors & gear motors, solar panels/fans/ tube light fittings inside plant/, earthing and earth pits at MSP & HUS. The work includes cleaning, checking, terminal tightening and replacement of any spares as mentioned in price schedule SL No.19. 12. Cleaning and Painting of motors/Gear motors in various capacities/ratings as mentioned in price schedule SL No.20, 21, 22 & 23. 13. Air blowing with portable blower & cleaning of 2 to 3 PCC/MCC feeders, cleaning of motors /Gear motors & oil checking/oil topping of approximately 20 Nos based on the schedule as mentioned in price schedule SL No.24. 14. Battery terminal cleaning, general cleaning of battery, checking for 12V Industrial battery as per schedule, Topping of distilled water for battery wherever required, checking the voltages & recording in battery register approx 35 Nos./day, weekly one/two days based on the schedule as mentioned in the price schedule SL No.25. 15. Maintenance of MCC/PCC, panel feeders at MSP/HUS 2 to 3 panels on a maintenance day. The work includes checking the healthiness of panel feeders, motor terminals pull chord switches, repair/replacement of any switchgears as mentioned in the price schedule SL No.26. 16. Cable straight/end jointing work and providing insulation with shrinkable sleeves for 150 sq mm, 240 sq mm & 400 sq mm LT Cable as mentioned in the price schedule SL No.27. 17. Fabrication, painting and fixing of required M.S Supports and installation of FRP cable trays on the above structures. M.S Supports shall be L or T shaped suitable for installation of FRP cable trays of size: 150 mm to 450 mm width as mentioned in the price schedule SL No.28. 18. Laying of unarmoured/armoured control/Power cables in cable trench/cable tray, clamping of cables including termination at both ends in sizes of various square mm as mentioned in the price schedule SL No.29, 30 & 31. 19. Fixing of Casing, Capping, laying of insulated wires including fixing of switches/sockets in MSP, HUS, Guest house, Housing colony and mining sites of size: 1 sq mm to 4 sq mm including end termination as mentioned in the price schedule SL No.32. 20. Fixing of switch/plug/socket in switch boards/control panels in various amperes (6A/16A/32A) as mentioned in the price schedule SL No.33 & 34. 21. Dismantling of armoured control/Power cable from HUS/MSP/Guest House area and shifting to designated locations in sizes of various square mm as mentioned in the price schedule SL No.35, 36 & 37. 22. Rewinding of A.C Induction motor stator in various capacities/ratings. Rewinding of the A.C Induction motor stator of various rating (The work includes stripping the failed stator coils, cleaning, rewinding of stator, insulating and testing the stator) as mentioned in the price schedule SL No.38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46,47,48 & 52. 23. Rewinding of A.C Induction motor stator/Agitator sand pump stator in various capacities / ratings. Rewinding of the A.C Induction motor stator of various rating (The work includes stripping the failed stator coils, cleaning, rewinding of stator, insulating and testing the stator) as mentioned in the price schedule SL No.49, 50 & 51. 24. Rewinding of Submersible motor in various capacities as mentioned in the price schedule SL No.53, 54 & 55. 25. Repair and overhauling of Submersible motor in various capacities as mentioned in the price schedule SL No.56, 57 & 58. C. INDIVIDUAL SCHEDULE FOR REQUIREMENT OF WORK 1. Repair of light fittings and replacement Viz. Tube lights, Street lights, High bay lights (Mercury Vapour / LED/ Metal halide), CFL and LED Lamps, etc installed at various locations at IREL premises. Normally the work shall be carried out during general shift hours (08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs) based on requirement. Apart from the above, work shall be carried out in back shifts also based on the exigency/emergency notified by the EIC/IREL Officials. 2. Repair of fans and replacement Viz. Fans (Ceiling fans, BLDC ceiling fans, Wall mounted fans, BLDC Wall mounted fans, Pedestal fans,) (Repair for fans rewinding not included) installed at various locations at IREL premises. Normally the work shall be carried out during general shift hours (08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs) based on requirement. Apart from the above, work shall be carried out in back shifts also based on the exigency/emergency notified by the EIC/IREL Officials. 3. Once in a year cleaning, lubricating & checking of Fan hooks, Clamps, Nuts/bolts, Fan leaves, etc replacement (if required) in the Ceiling fans/BLDC Ceiling fans installed at various locations at IREL premises. Normally the work shall be carried out during general shift hours (08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs) based on requirement. Apart from the above, work shall be carried out in back shifts also based on the exigency/emergency notified by the EIC /IREL Officials. 4. Repair of Geared motors (Repair for Geared motors rewinding not included in this schedule) and overhauling Viz. Geared motors (Inline helical, parallel shaft, Worm/Bevel helical gears) it is available in Electrical department Motor storage area. Normally the work shall be carried out during general shift hours (08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs) based on requirement. Apart from the above, work shall be carried out in back shifts also based on the exigency/emergency notified by the EIC/IREL Officials. 5. A.C Induction motor stator/Agitator sand pump stator rewinding work based on requirement. It is available in Electrical department Motor storage area. Normally the work shall be carried out during general shift hours (08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs) based on requirement. Apart from the above, work shall be carried out in back shifts also based on the exigency/emergency notified by the EIC/IREL Officials. 6. Cleaning & Gear oil topping to Gear motors as per schedule once in a week/Fortnight on MSP maintenance days installed at various sections of MSP/HUS/Pump house, etc. Normally the work shall be carried out during general shift hours (08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs) as per schedule. 7. Battery checking for various Batteries of UPS, Inverter, HEMV (Heavy Earth Moving Vehicles), HEMM (Heavy Earth Moving Machines), Generators and Automobiles, etc. of Approx 35 Nos./day, weekly one/two days based on the schedule. Normally the work shall be carried out during general shift hours (08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs) as per schedule. Apart from the above, work shall be carried out in back shifts also based on the exigency /emergency notified by the EIC/IREL Officials. 8. Air blowing, cleaning & maintenance of Electrical Panels at MSP/HUS on maintenance days. Normally the work shall be carried out during general shift hours (08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs) as per schedule. 9. Maintenance of feeders at MCC/PCC as per schedule once in Fortnight/Monthly on MSP /HUS maintenance days installed at various sections of MSP/HUS/Pump house etc. Normally the work shall be carried out during general shift hours (08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs) as per schedule. 10. FRP cable tray fixing work, Cable straight/end jointing work, laying of cables (unarmoured / armoured control/Power cables), fixing of Casing & Capping, laying of insulated wires based on requirement. Normally the work shall be carried out during general shift hours (08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs) as per schedule. Apart from the above, work shall be carried out in back shifts also based on the exigency/emergency notified by the EIC/IREL Officials. 11. Rewinding of Submersible motor in various capacities based on requirement. Normally the work shall be carried out during general shift hours (08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs) as per schedule.
