Special Repair Work On Phulas Road From Deoband Sapla Gopali Road - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. complete in all respects but excluding GST. 2 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. as per direction of Engg-in-Charge complete in all respects but excluding GST. 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508. as per direction of Engg-in-Chargecomplete in all respects but excluding GST. 4 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510as per direction of Engg-in-Chargecomplete in all respects but excluding GST. 5 Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. complete in all respects but excluding GST. 6 Construction of of NP-3 class 350 mm dia RCC hume pipe laying (ISI mark) of following diameters including carriage, loading, unloading at site also including cost of hume pipes & collars & all taxes including laying in proper position & joint filling including cost of necessary jute & cement for proper completion of the work complete in all respects but excluding GST
