Servicing and B checking of 40 KVA DEA set by cleaning of fuel pump ,oil filter, fuel filters, after flushing the sump, checking of alignment and adjustment of different components like belts, couplings, checking of all electrical connections, checking of starting battery and topping with distill water as required, i/c S/F of B check kits like oil filters, fuel filters (primary and secondary), air filter, coolants, wornout gaskets, missing nuts & bolts, washers, spring washers, etc, testing, checking on load, complete as reqd.

Supplying and topping engine oil of SAE-15W-40 grade as per manufacturers recommendation, complete as reqd. (K-Oil, Castrol, Indian Oil or SS)

Replacement of AVR for 40 KVA Ashok Leyland DG set ( Alternator is Leroy somer make) as per original one complete i/c connection, testing on load, complete as reqd. ( Model: R220 AVR or SS)
