Tender For Provision Of Rmu For Power Supply At E Hangar At Ins Rajali Arakkonam; 2 Supply, install test and commissioning of 11 KV ,630 Amp,21KA Ring main unit SF6 filled extensible type , 3 way consisting 02 Nos LBS as incomer and 01 No LBS as outgoing, 3 sec motor operated ,compact gas insulated for outdoor application IP-67 class of protection, insulation level of 28 kv (@power frequency of 1 min) fully rated with earth switch, spring assisted mechanism, Ark proof type cable cover interlocked with earth Switch, Red/Green Push button for On/Off Operation, capacitive voltage indication fixed type with aux contact,complete with necessary base frame with following specification:-(a) Incoming (incomer No.1 & 2):- 630 Amp motorized Load break switch triple pole, single break 3 position as incomer(On, Off and earth having STC capacity 21KA for 3 seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar as per IEC 61958-1, earth fault indicator.(b) Outgoing (1 Nos) :- 630 Amp motorized Load break switch triple pole, single break 3 position as outgoing.Note:- 1.Units shall be SCADA compatible.2.Drawing to be submitted for apporoval to Accepting Officer before procurement of Item. 3 Supply, laying and testing of XLPE cables, insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor , 11KV of size 3.0 core 185 sqmm including cable termination of both side with suitable size of lugs, gland and end joointing kit complete complete all as specified and directed. 4 Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for laying pipes and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed 5 Spreading riddled earth as obtained from excavation in cable trenches complete all as specified and directed 6 Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 ,flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. 7 Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm each, hard/dense soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Removing excavated soilto a distance not exceeding 50 metresand depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Surface dressing upto 15cm deep in and around transformer, AVR yard vicinity and clearing of vegetation/soil to a distance not exceeding 50M complete all as specified and directed 10 M & L for Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV (Earthed) Grade cable for outdoor straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE Armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmmto 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. 11 M & L for PCC foundation for RMU box/panel surroundings whereever necessary 1:4:8 type D-2(40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material and Labourfor Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Material and labour for Earthing completewith GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thickburied directlyin ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level, with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below groundconnectedto GI earth strip 32 x 6mmby means of GI bolts and nuts, washers and GI earth strip protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore upto 7.5 mtr and connecting to HT/ LT switch gear etc as per site requirement including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 earth chamber, 50mm thick RCC cover with 6mm dia MS bars 10cm C/C on both ways as reinforcement complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part 1 (2009) connected to earthing test points complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rate deemed to include necessary earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover, reinforcement, removal of surplus soil, site clearance etc.(ii) GI earth strip 32 x 6mm, GI tubing light grade 50mm dia upto 7.5 mtr deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor.
