It is highlighted that the certain condition of General condition of contracts (IAFW- 2249) has been modified as direction of MOD i.e inclusion of performance security, deletion of risk & cost provisions and increase in defect liability period all as specified in tender document. 2 BED HARD Steel with P/Top (FD/E6/MAP/08 (R))S&F 12mm thick plywood BWR Grade, approved quality in single piece a coat of primer of approved make rest all specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 7 Chair Verandah (FD-259/359/FD/MAP-II/06)Welding joints of broken leg of 19/20mm MS tube & other jointsas per drg complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 8 Hard PVC/Nylon shoes as per drg complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 9 S & F in repairs PVC Seat and Back with approved make complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 Removal of existing worn out paint and Re-Painting to the entire frame of chair verandah with white colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approve make all specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 11 CHAIR TUBULAR STEEL WITH ARMS (FD-75 (M))Repairs/ replacement of seat frame made out of superior quality hard wood35x25mm sizeduly black painted and caned Godrej pattern for tubular steel chair CB with arms of overall size of seat frame 450x450mm,completeall as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12 Repairs/ replacement of back rest frame made out of superior quality hard wood35x25mm sizeduly black painted and caned Repair/replacement of Flat iron strips 20mm x 3mm, two in numbers in each seat and back, shall be welded to frame of chair, complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 15 Removal of existing worn out paint and Re-Painting to the entire frame of chair CB with smoke grey colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approve make all specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 16 CHARPOY MS WITH PLYWOOD TOP (FD/MAP-II/01/388(R))S&F in repairs to 12mm thick plywood BWR Grade,single piece ofapproved quality with suitable steel screw and cup washer including removal of damaged plywood, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 17 Repair/replacement of damaged stiffners of suitable size duly welded to long rails as shown in drg 18 Hard Rubber/PVC Shoe of superior quality (Set of four, each set will be measured as one) as approved & as directed by Engr-in-charge. 19 Removal of existing worn out paint and Re-Painting to the entire frame of Charpoy MS P/Top with Black colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved make rest all specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 20 Table Bed side MAP (FD/E6/MAP/15( R))M&L for removing paint by scraping down old paint carrying out repair such as removing the dents and welding wherever requiredand applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint black colour over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaced,completeall as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 21 Removing of existing unserviceable side of Table Bed Side and providingnew sides of 18mm thick prelaminated Particle Board with OST and balancing white on the other side of exterior grade, rest all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 22 Replacement of existing unserviceable table top for Table bed side steel MAP made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade with suitable PVC edging al-round top of table, completeall as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 23 Removing the existing unserviceable Top drawer and providing New drawer made out of 18 mm thick Particle boardon both sides and 6 mm thick BWR ply on bottom and back side, all as specified on drawing all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 24 Removing the existing unserviceable Drawers (other than Top drawers) and providing new drawer made out of 18 mm thick Prelaminated Particle board on both sides and 6 mm thick BWR ply on bottom and back side, all as specified on drawing all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
