Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Ht Distribution Network, Isolators, 11 Kv Busbar, Panel, Avr And Other Connected Works At Af Stn Dadri Under Ge (Af) Faridabad; 1 M&L for Repairing of damaged/unserviceable gang operate devices 11KV male & female contacts, flexible jumpers, MS jumper carrier and back connector plate incl cleaning and greasing of complete contacts of GOD unit, DO fuse unit and reluging of aluminium conductors connected to top & bottom contacts of GOD and DO units incl. welding and threading of operating rod mechanism complete making serviceable all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Necessary parts like knife, male/female contacts and aluminium conductor for jumpering, GI pipe and handle will be Measured and paid separately against respective item.(ii) Rates for Welding machine, threading arrangements, grease, jumper and binding wiredeemed to be included in quoted rates. 2 Supply and fix in replacement male contact/moving contact blade complete suitable for 11 KV GOD vertical type. 3 Supply and fix in replacement female contact/fix contact jaw complete suitable for 11 KV GOD vertical type. 4 Dismantling of existing Damagepoles including dismantling of cross arms (channel/ angles) insulators and earth work completeall as directed at site.NOTE- (i) Rates includes demolition of concrete and making good. (ii) Dismantling of cross arms (Channels/angles) and insulators will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule. 5 Supply & errect steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper, plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified of type 410 SP-55 (11.0 mtr long) and positioning in true vertical position complete including painting with black bituminous paint on the surface embeded and two coats of aluminimum paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.Note : Excavation, earth work and PCC will be measured and paid separately 6 Material and labour in replacement for steel structure, cross arms bracing supports ,clamps, back plates of any type, section incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot in any size and shape all as directed Includingtwo coats of aluminiumpaints over a coat of red oxide primerincl preparation of surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge. 7 Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep in any type of soil and site clearance in soft and loose soil all as directed by E-in-charge. 8 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of cable and foundation in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 9 Removing excavated material and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m where directed. 10 Returning filling in and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm including spreading, leveling and watering all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for river sand cushioning to underground cable for cushioning 8cm below the cable and 15cm above cable complete all as specified and directed.Note : Compacted thickness of sand cushioning 18 cm shall be considered and measured for ppayment purpose. 12 Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 High peak of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for Auguring/ Driling /Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology by mannual /machine, including fixing of HDPE pipe of 100 mmbore dia complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L in replacement for GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wallincluding clamps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply, fixing and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor HT 11 KV (E) volts grade cross sectional 95 sq mm 3.0 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole including taking out of existing unserviceable cable all as specified and directed. 16 Material and labourfor end jointing kit, indoor type heatshinkable,95 sqmm to 120 Sqmm, 3 core suitable for 11 KV (E), XLPE insulated electric power cable complete all as specified and directed. 17 Complete al as per item No 16 herein before but outdoor type. 18 Complete al as per item No 16 herein before but straight through. 19 Under ground Cable Testing / fault detection by authorised agency with Computerised Fault Detection Van complete to find the fault location for 33/11 KV rated UG cables as directed by Engineer in Charge at site.Note :- Any excavation and earth work and cable joint work involved will be measured and paid separately against respective item. 20 Supply and fix in replacement switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator (09 insulators) and steelframe with operating mechanism including spring loaded mechanismset of three working from ground level, including locking arrangementof current rating up to 200 Amps, 11000 volt complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Supply and fix in replacement swing out expulsion fuse assembly singlepole (drop out fuse) for 11000Volts of cap. 100 Amps complete with MS channel, post insulators etc complete all as specified and as directed. 22 Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary frame work, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete form, complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole /struts/stayassembly etc complete all as specified and as directed. 24 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceed 1.5m in depth for errection of PCC pole in hard/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 25 Material and Labour for ZEBRA painting of PCCpoles 9/11 m long alongwith roadupto 1.5 m height from pedestal, with two coats of enamel synthetic paints in 30 cm height incl painting of pole coping with black paint complete all as specified and as directed. 26 Material and labour for writing pole number of minimum 10 cm height with black paint over base of yellow paint on PCC/steel poles of HT supply complete all as specified and as directed. 27 Supply and fixing in replacement of Danger notic plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, whith letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in single red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT pole of size 25 x 20 cm size including complete fixing arrangement with iron stip 25mm x 3mm with nut, bolts and paints etc complete all as specified and as directed. 28 M&L for upgradation of two pole structure including dressing, clamping of HT cable through suitable size of GI protection pipe, fixing of GI earthing strips, burring of all cable loops, any earth work etc with thighting or replacement of all jumpers, Danger notice boards, Anti climbing devices at all Two pole structures complete includingtwo coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer on steel member/structrure all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : -(i) GI pipe, ACSR conductors, Danger notice plates, MS anti clembing devices, etc shall be measured and paid separatelyunder respective items.(ii)Earth work, surface dressing etc deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) Proper shut down will be taken by the authorised rep only.(iv) Zebra painting to be carried out on the bottom of pole upto 1.5 Mtr and cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate. 29 Complete all as per item No 28 herein before but of four pole structure 30 Supply and fix of gap less metal oxide type Lightning Arrestor (LA), 9.0 KV grade discharge current 65 KA, distibution class conforming to IS-3070 including taking out old U/S LA assembely complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 31 Supply, fixing & stringing ofACSR conductor on poles with jumpring andbinding with aluminium conductors and in yards with and incl aluminum connectors of required shape and suitable for conductor size including taking down old u/s existing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 32 S&F of Fuse wire40 amp to 60 Amp complete all as specified and as directed. 33 S&F lugs of size 35 sq mm to 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed. 34 S&F lugs of size 120sq mm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. . 35 M&L for factory repair / servicing of step down transformer including repair/ replacement of worn out spares, replacement of transformer oil after cleaning the transformer body thoroughly in side and out side with cotton and sand paper and reassembling, installationthe same on its existing position connecting and testing complete 11/0.433 KV transformer of 50 KVA to100 KVA capacity including loading, unloading, transportation of faulty transformer from army areato factory premises and backfor major repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: 1. New spares required for replacement of faulty parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule. 2. The cost for fault checking/ fault finding, servicing and repairing including minor parts such as gasket/packing, neoprene rubber, nut, bolts, washers, lugs etc are deemed to be included in quoted rate.3.The transformer will be opened in the presence of EIC. 36 Complete all as per item No.35 herein-above but capacity of 125 KVA to 200 KVA. 37 Supply, fabrication, assembling, and testing HT/LT coilrewinding of transformer with super enameled or double paper insulated mass impregnated complete limbs of three phasecomplete with all insulating material copper winding wire/strip of appropriate size and gauge with equal No of turns to match the existing coil of respectivedistribution power transformer of any type and capacity all as directed by EIC. Note: 1. The cost for dismantling of burned transformer winding including other necessary work required is deemed to be included in quoted rate. 2. The cost for testing is also included in above rate. The old winding will be dismantled in the presence of EIC. 38 M&L for replacement of HT 11 KV bush insulator suitable for distribution transformer of any type Up to 200 KVA. 39 M&L for replacement of LT bush insulator suitable for distribution transformer of any type upto 200 KVA. 40 M&L for HT bush rod made out of brass with nut bolt and washer suitable for distribution transformer any type upto 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. 41 M&L for LT bush rod made out of brass with nut bolt, rubber packing and washer suitable for distribution transformer any type upto 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. 42 M&L for filling of new transformer oil up to minimum level, dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 50KVat 2.5mm. gap complete all as specified and as directed. 43 M&L for replacement of unserviceable tap changer suitable for existing transformer upto 100 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. 44 Complete all as per item No 43, herein above but capacity above125 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. 45 M&L for replacement of silica gel of existing breathers and complete all as specified and as directed. 46 M&L for silica gel breather transparent type with first filling of silica gel compete suitable for distribution transformer and complete all as specified and as directed. 47 M&L for filtration/dehydration of transformer oil at site to increase dielectric strength up to 50 KV at 2.5mm gap by filtration / dehydration machine and improvement of acidity within limit complete all as specified and as directed.Note: - (a) The cost of testing of dielectric strength of transformer is deemed to be included in quoted rate.(b)A test sheet to be prepared for before and after filteration di-electric strength. 48 M&L for cleaning, scrapping incl. necessary preparation of surface at site andspray painting of distribution transformer of any type complete incl. marking of date of dehydration on the body of capacity 50 KVA to 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. 49 M&L for thermometer/ Temperature gauge having brass sensor bulb to be placed in oil filled packet, analogue type with two bands for instant oil temp and max oil temp raised, Radial dial 100mm dia ramp 0 to 150 degree Cent. suitable for distribution transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 50 M&L for minor repairing of transformer from 63 KVA to 250 KVA at site by disconnecting electrical connection including rectification of leakage problem of any type, from bush insulators, gasket etc and radiator brazing work, etc andreluging of LT side cable ends with suitable aluminium lugs after properation of cable end after cutting damaged / burnt cable and insulating with tapeetc incl. replacement of cable gland of suitable size. Note: (i) The cost of minor spare parts e.g. gasket, nut-bolts-washers, lugs, neoprene rubber, ACSR jumper, etc. are deemed to be included in quoted rate.
