Tender For Certain Miscellaneous Works In Pavement Area At Af Stn Bhisiana; 1 Excavating and removing silt from storm water drain of 280 cm average girth, depth of silt and mud from 5 cm to 20 cm and averaging 12.5 cm (lying uneven on bottom and sides of drains) including from all sorts of grass bushes and under growth trees and removing all rubbish material obtain from drain cleaning to a distance exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km.(Note: Item shall be executed as per Schedule attached. Penalty @Rs 5 per Rm shall be charged if the monthly target is not achieved. 2 Demolition of bricks or brick tiles (laid flat or on edge) as in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons etc each layer laid dry and pointed and removing from site etc complete all as specified anddirected by Engr-in-Charge. 3 Material and labour for bricks, sub class B , laid flat in floors, using old size bricks, laid dry and pointed in cement and sand mortar (1:3) etc complete all as specified anddirected by Engr-in-Charge. 4 Demolition of cement concrete of existing pavements (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position of runway or pavements and removing demolished material from site to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km and not exceeding 5 Km and depositing etc complete all as specified anddirected by Engr-in-Charge. 5 M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone agreate, as in surface channel or drain etc complete all as specified and directed . 6 M&L for flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in paving/ channel etc in cement and sand mortar (1:3) etc including Raking out joints/ pointing scrubbing down with water etc from bricks/ brick tiles work built in cement and sand mortar, laid flat, in floor, surface channels etc complete all as specified anddirected by Engr-in-Charge. 7 Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete/brick wall surfaces finished surface even and smooth with using extra cement including Taking down damage cement plaster on brickwalls, concrete surface,etc including Racking out joints hacking to key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) of any description and in any position of runway or pavements and removal of demolished materials from site/out side of MOD land.complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in mass concete or under pavings and like etc complete all as specified anddirected by Engr-in-Charge. 10 Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75 mm thick in floor,hard standing, pavings etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including cutting of joints at every 3mtr etc complete all as specified anddirected by Engr-in-Charge.Note : Concrete shall be laid in panels as per direction of ground executive and also in due alternate panels.
