Tender For Repair / Resurfacing Of Roads Including Connected Items At Ins Chilka; 1 Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per ten sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and shield with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exec 30mm complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L Preparing existing black top road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etcand applying evenly a priming / tack coat of cutback bitumen RC-70217 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous as specified in table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified. 3 M&L for laying 40 mm consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content with paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using hot mix plant and paver equipment complete all as specified and directed. 4 M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. 5 S & F in repairs Raised Pavement Markers of size 100 mm x 90 mm x17 mm made of polycarbonate moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with minimum reflective area of 13 sqcm on each side and fixing with twin polymer epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturers specification / instructions complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Demolition of Cement Concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge 7 Dismalting Stone slabs/paver block Laid dry Laid and pointed in any morters of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. 8 Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed. 9 S&F for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floorsPattern, size and shade pointed with grey cement and pigment over and including Screed bedor bedding layer of mortar 15mm thk for laying floor finish in CM 1:6includingdismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing of servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed 10 Material and labour for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement andpigmentconfirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material and labour for river sand cushioning under interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping, benching to manholes, water troughs and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throathing and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed. 14 Material and labour for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line,level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required completewith joints to match all as specified and directed.
