Tender For Repair/ Maintenance Of Captive Electrical Power Plant Of Capacity 4 Mw At Annex To Nsry Kochi; 1 Inspection of Diesel Generator HT 11 KV of 1250 KVA(01MW) at power House Kataribagh, Naval Base, Kochi through Cummins/OEM authorised service centre all including inspecting the installation, diagnise the fault, and providing the inspection report for the DG Engine, batteries, DG spares etc including service charges for OEM rep all as specified and as directed. 2 Annual servicing/ B check of 01MW Cummins Engine atKataribagh power house, Naval Base Kochi including replacement of all Diesel & Oil filters, coolant and engine oil by Cummins India Ltd or authorised dealers all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of replacement of all lube oil filters (04 Nos), fuel filter and ring(02 Nos),bypass filter element(02 Nos), seal, O Ring(02 Nos), Inhibitor, corrosion 5 Litres , Element, Air cleaner(16 Nos), Lube oil recommended by the OEM (Approx 185 Ltrs) all as specified and as directed. 3 Notes: - (i).The service certificate duly mentioning the replaced spare parts obtained from OEM/OEM authorised dealer shall be submitted.(ii).OEM recommended material only to be used for replacement of filters; engine oil, coolant, seal and O rings and cost of materials are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of packing and handling charges, freight charges, service charges of OEM representative.(iii).The quantities mentioned in the BOQ are tentative. There may be variation in quantity due to the site requirement/OEM requirement during the servicing. The contractor shall do the same without any extra cost.(iv).
