Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Sewage Line, Drain And Foot Path For Salaria Officers Enclave Under Ge (West) Delhi Cantt-10; 1 Cleaning ofEWCs, IWCs, bottle traps, Nahani Traps, Gully traps and Floor traps etc and CI/PVC/HDPE Pipes all types top to bottom including junctions etc,Cleaning of sewage line upto GTin the area of Salaria Officers enclave (Md Accn including multistory bldg). complete all as specifiedand as directed. 2 Cleaning of GTs in the area of Salaria Officers enclave (Md Accn) complete all as specifiedand as directed. 3 Cleaning of Manhole upto depth of1.50 mtr and any size of MH in the area of Salaria Officers enclave (Md Accn) and taking out sludge and depositing complete all as specifiedand as directed. 4 Cleaning of Sewage line from GT to Ist Manhole in the area of Salaria Officers enclave (Md Accn)complete all as specifiedand as directed. Note-cleaning of sewage line daimeter upto 100mm to300mm complete all as specifiedand as directed. 5 Cleaning of Sewage line 0.00mtr to 30.00mtr and onwards in lengthin the area of Salaria Officers enclave (Md Accn)complete all as directed and as specified. (Note :- This item will be measured if length not exceed from 30.00mtr. and cleaning of sewage line daimeter upto 100mm to300mm complete all as specifiedand as directed. 6 Note :-For execution of Item No. 01 to 05 above :-i) The complaint shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday, commencing from date and time as notified in the complaint slip failing which a penalty of @ Rs.120/-per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied imposed on the contractor and necessary recovery shall be made from contractors dues on this account.ii) Contractor or his representative will report daily at 0900 hrs at Salaria Officer enclave Complaint Cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JEs In charge, in case after checking & attending the defects, it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engineer in charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made on this account. However complaints related to sewage shall also be attended on next day whether it is Sunday or Gazetted Holidays and nothing extra shall be payble to contractor on this account.iii) Contractor shall arrange suitable T&P (such as KHAPACHI, GI wire, PHAWADA, Bucket, Spikes,die set,sewage pump die set (1/2 to 1) washers of all size, safeda, thread (soot), M-seal, screws, nails etc including necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and directed.iv) The above all aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and Nothing extra shall be payble to contractor on this account. 7 M&L for Cleaning of existing open/covered drain of any width and any depth incldg removal and refixing of drain covers, removal ofloose soil, cement, mud, garbage, debris, sludge (liquid/Dry), vegitation,tree roots etc in any position manually or machnically outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 8 M&L for Cleaning of existing covered rain water harvesting pit of any size and any depth incldgremoval ofloose soil,cement,debris, mud, garbage, debries, sludge (liquid/Dry), vegitation,tree roots etc upto moorum filling in any position manually or machnically outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.Note:- For payment, only quantity of debris/dry sludge removed from the pit shall be measured. 9 M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering,cutting out existing benchingfor and forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4section) in cement concrete1 : 2 : 4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia pipes complete all as specified. 10 Dewatering/desludging of septic tanks, soakage wells etc of any depth, cleaning of all sludge, silt residue of both organic and inorganic nature by mechanical scrappers etc and disposal off the same out side the defence areaall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 M&L for cleaning of sewage line with super sucker machine with 3000 It sludge slurry capacity & jetting machine ( For 08 Hrs) and including high pressure water jet to break up blokages,dislodge debries,loosen silt and sediment in the sewer line and suck up the dislodged debries and other waste material and pumping out of MoD land and also provide required staff and appliances which are essential for entire removal process, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-chargeNOTE: - Once cleared will be maintained through out the period of the contract for free flow. If there is any blockage during the period of the contract, the same will be cleared without any extra cost by the contractor 12 Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed,inanylength with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specifiedand as directed. 14 S/F PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, soil, waste, vent pipe in any length with or without ears 75 mm borecomplete all as specifiedand as directed. 15 S & F PVC bends 110 mm size diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) with oval access door complete all as specifiedand as directed. 16 S & F PVC bends 75 mm size diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) with oval access door complete all as specifiedand as directed. 17 Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removal of debris outside MOD land complete all as specifiedand as directed. 18 M&L for brick workwith sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for as per S.No.18 above here in before but except bricks complete all as specifiedand as directed. 20 S&F in replacement of factory made SFRC drain/Mainhole cover medium duty M-25 grde 75mm thick size not exc .75sqm each complete all as specified and directed. 21 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified & directed. 22 Returning filling in soft/loose soil incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified & directed. 23 Removing of surplus soil beyond MOD land not less than 500 mtr from MOD land complete all as specifiedand as directed. 24 Demolition and breaking of 150 mm dia sewage/drain pipe (salt glazed where AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed. 25 All as per item no 24 above but 200 mm dia. 26 M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded agg incl packing under and haunching against sides of 150mm dia (Internal dia) pipe afterthey are laid and tested complete all as specified (Thickness of concrete bed 150mm) complete all as specified & directed. 27 All as per itemno 26 above but 200 mm dia. 28 M&L for Reinforced concrete pipeclass NP2, 150mm dia laid in trenches & jointed in cement mortar (1:2) with collars complete all as specified and directed. 29 M&L for Reinforced concrete pipeclass NP2, 200mm dia laid in trenches & jointed in cement mortar (1:2) with collars complete all as specified and directed. 30 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed. 31 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth using extra cement with 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately) 32 Supply only Integral waterproofing compound (ISI marked) 33 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in coping, kerbs, bed plates incl weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified and directed. 34 M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains finishing the exposed surfaces of concrete to fair and even including demolitions complete all as specified and directed. 35 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 80 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specifiedand as directed. 36 Cutting and cleaning away all grass vegetation, sapling, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and trees n. exc 30 cm girth from roof terrace, walls parapet etc & pouring acid over affected areas n. exc. 1 Sqm and making good the disturbed portion in CM 1:3 incl removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m out side the periphery of area under clearence complete all as specified and directed. 37 M&L for Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specifiedand as directed. 38 M/L for Hard core of guage not exc 63mm with broken stone deposited spread & levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered & ramed to a true surface complete all as specifiedand as directed. 39 M&L for 100mm PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub base complete all as specifiedand as directed. 40 M&LforProviding and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;complete all as specified and as directed. 41 M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specifiedand as directed. 42 Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description andin any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed. 43 S&F Endura colours paving tiles 300mm X 300mm x 9-10mm double charged digital printed with gloss, polished matt finished jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/footpath over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specifiedand as directed.
