1 Supply, layig, testing and commissioning in replacement of ERW NB MS pipes of size 150mm dia, ISI marked grade 8 mm thick as per IS : 3589 grade 330 suitable for welded joints and flanged joints including fabricating tailor made as per site requirement including painting with two coats of anticorrosive paint complete all as specified ad as directed.Make : Jindal, Allied Pipes, after bailingout water from existing semi UG sump of Cap.150000 Gallons with Appx. 7 Mtr.depth at porthrapur filtration Plant and other places as directed by Engr-in-charge. 2 M&L in replacement for tyton joints of 200/350/400 mm dia using rubber gasket ISI marked suitable for spigot and socket pipes and fittings for CI / DI all as specified and directed. 3 Supply & fixing in replacement of Mechanical joint of size 250/350mm borewithbolts, nuts, washers for pipe line leakages complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Supply & fixing in replacement of Mechanical joint of size 400mm borewithbolts, nuts, washers for pipe line leakages complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 M& L for spray painting with synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces of pumps,motors, sluice valve ,NRV & other machineries including necessary preparation of surfacesfor each job at Chouldari dam pump house, Porthrapur filteration plant, NTS Pump house including using white paint for letter writing of existing SM/MES No complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 M&L for attending repairing of pipeline of size 200 to 400 mm bore through caulking / welding execavation and earthwork in mud/soil by using labour to a length of 1 m approx (from chouldari to minniebay pump house) and depth upto 1 Mtr and forming bund with excavated Hard / soft soil to avoid sea/raw water entering into the working area including pumping/ bailing out water by using portable diesel engine driven pumpset complete all as directed and including the following:- (i) Cutting of CI/DI pipe of sixe upto 400/350/300/250/200 mm dia after through inspection for the damage incl bailing out water using portable pumpset. 7 Supply and laying in replacement submersible flat cable PVC insulated and screened PVC beddedgalvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) LT UG cable with stranded copper conductor for 1100 volts grade of 10 sqmm 3 corein trenches or passing through pipe complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Supply and fixing in replacement of reducer eccentric type 200 x 150 mm heavy duty, pressure rating2A PN 16 bar, including nut bolts, washer andgaskete for suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Material and labour in repair, Composition, Supply & Installation of 4 inch thick ACP Box of size 10 feet x 3 feet with MS pipe structure fix inside with 3 mm Acrylic sheet with digitally printed 3m backlite Vinyl on HP Latex Printer, Display both side, LED modules complete upto 100 letters as specified size directed by Engineer-in-Charge with Andaman & Nicobar command and MES logo fixed with four nos of MS pipe Heavy duty 50 mm bore up to 6m height by nuts/bolts and welding as required at site, spray painting with two coat synthetic enamel paint comlete Mild Steel pipe including necessary excavation and PCC work for foundation complete all as specified and direced by Engineer-in-Charge 10 M&L for attending break down, execavation and earthwork in mud/soil by using earthmoving machinery (Hitachi)/labour to a length of 10 m approx (from chouldhari to Minniebay Pump House) and depth upto 3 Mtr and forming bund with excavated Hard/soft soil to avoid sea/raw water entering into the working area including pumping/bailing out water by using portable diesel engine driven pumpset complete all as directed and including the following :-(i) Cutting of CI/DI pipe of size upto 500/400/350/300 mm dia after thorough inspection for the damage incl bailing out water using portable pumpset.(ii) Taking out CI/DI pipe after removing from tyton joints at both ends with the help of Hitachi and keeping aside for further disposal.(iii) Transporting CI/DI pipe of size upto 500/400/350/300 mm dia to the site from Chouldhari dam or any area as directed by Engr-in-Charge, cutting the pipe into two pieces as per requirement and laying into the trenches using machinery.(iv) Jointing by using rubber tyton rings upto 500/400/350/300mm dia pipe to the corresponding socket and spigot ends of the existing pipeline after aligning the pipe line as per site condition, inserting the CI collar of size 500/400/350/300 mm dia complete all as directed.(v) CI/DI special will be measure separately in respective item 11 Note :- (i) The contractor shall provide team comprising of pipe fitter and an assistant for cutting and re-jointing with existing pipe line all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The cost for the above items including all type of tools and plants / any type of vehicle / earth moving plant / hitchi / JCB as required at site is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted for above items. (ii) The contractor shall take due care while executing the work (i.e non damage of electrical cable, telephone cable, water supply pipe line etc) during execution of work if any fault / cutting occurred shall carry out repair immediately and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) During execution of work if any liaison required for laying of pipe at site, from civil Administative department, local people gram panchayat, police station etc are the sole responsiblity for contractor. The contractor shall not claim and financial liabilities on this matter on bills. (iv) The cost of necessary encasing of pipe in culvert shall deemed to be included in this quoted rate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 All as per Item No.10.00 above but depth above 3 Mtr all as directed by Engineer in ChargeNote : (i) The rate is deemed to include cost towards tools and plants and transportation required for attending the repair work. (ii) The rate deemed to inclusives of soil additional required to refilling/ making bunds to prevent sea water entering into the work place complete.(iii) The cost of pipes, specials, Tyton/lead joints shall be measured and paid seperatelyunder relevent item of this schedule. 13 M&L for detecting and repairing leakage in CI/DI pipe lines of size 250/200 mmbore, taking up unserviceable /serviceable CI/DI water main with spigot and socket ends (including fittings) of any type/grade and joints from trenches and layingnew CI/DI pipe lines of size 300 mm bore in trenches or placing on existion pillers /supports as directed to perform the following activities :-(a) Execution and earth work in soil / mud by using machinery/labour to suitable length (Appx 10 mtrs) and forming bund with excavated soil to avoid sea / row water entering into the working area including pumping/bailing out water by using portable desal engine driven pump set. (b) Cutting of CI / DI pipe of size 200 mm bore after through inspetion for the damaged pipe line including disconnecting / dismentling.(c ) Taking out CI/DI pipewith CI/DI specials after removing from joints/burning out joints and removing lead at both ends with the help of hydrolic crane other machinery and keeping aside fr further disposal.(d) Cutting of new pipe into pieces as per rquirement and laying using machinery.( e) Alinging the pipe line as per sie condition, in setting theCollar suitable for 200 mm CI/DI pipe.(f) Attending repair work within the minimum time frame/period as specified by Engr - in - charge. 14 Notes for the Itemsi) The unit rate is deemed to include cost of tools and plants and transprtation required for attending the repair work.ii)Supply only CI/DI pipe shall be measured & paid for seperately under relevant item of this schedule.iii) Extra soil required for refilling /making bunds to prevent water entering into the work place shall be deemed to include in the unit rate.iv) Specials / rubber or fiber/ lead joints shal be measured and paid for seperately under relevent items of this schedule.v) Old unsv CI/DI pipes, fittings, lead, nuts, bolts, washer, gaskets etc. shall become contractors property and necessary recovery as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from contractor.(vi) The contractor shall take due care while executing the work (i.e non damage of electrical cable, telephone cable, water supply pipe line etc) during execution of work if any fault / cutting occurred shall carry out repair immediately and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. The contractor shall not claim and financial liabilities on this matter on bills. 15 All as per item No:12.00 here-in - before but for CI/DI pipe line of size 80/100/150mm 16 M&L for attending of water supply complaints for any leakage/blockage in GI /CPVC/PPR pipe lines of size 20mm/25mm bore taking up serviceable / unserviceable GI water pipe lines all fitings/fixtures from trench including supply and laying GI / CPVC/PPR tubing 20mm/25mm bore up to 1 mtr length (max) including necessary cutting, threading and replacement of unserviceable GI/CPVC/PPR fittings such as GI/CPVC/PPR socket /Nipple/union socket, Tee, Tee reducer etc. of size 20mm/25mm including necessary excavation and earth work upto 1 mtr length to repair the leakage/clearing the blockage in the pipe line and testing on completion. 1.5m in depth and getting out all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 96 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm in any type of soil all as specified and as directed. 97 Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point in any type of soil getting out all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge. 98 M & L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in mass concrete/foundation/for supporting (encasing) of DI pipes of any size and in any position including plastering of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 99 M & L for precast cement concrete1:3:6 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates
