| 11 | Note :- (i) The contractor shall provide team comprising of pipe fitter and an assistant for cutting and re-jointing with existing pipe line all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The cost for the above items including all type of tools and plants / any type of vehicle / earth moving plant / hitchi / JCB as required at site is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted for above items. (ii) The contractor shall take due care while executing the work (i.e non damage of electrical cable, telephone cable, water supply pipe line etc) during execution of work if any fault / cutting occurred shall carry out repair immediately and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) During execution of work if any liaison required for laying of pipe at site, from civil Administative department, local people gram panchayat, police station etc are the sole responsiblity for contractor.
