Tender For special repair to Munduribeda Allori Road- Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the materialnwithb water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mix material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works. 3 Providing & applying Primer Coat with Btumen Emulsion on prepared Surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface & applying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using Mechanical meansas per clause 502 of MoSRT&Hl specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) . 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th.Revision) [Output-3500 sqm] 5 Providing and laying Semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory roller and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause-508 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) 6 Construction of moorum shoulder with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 7 Providing and fixing of Retro-Reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide as per Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on amild steel angle iron post 75mmX75mmX6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and tenchnical specficatioon Clause 801(600 mm square) 8 800 mm x 600 mm rectangular Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
