Tender For special repair to Fci To Gobara Road- 1 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the materialnwithb water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mix material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works. 3 Providing & applying Primer Coat with Btumen Emulsion on prepared Surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface & applying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using Mechanical meansas per clause 502 of MoSRT&Hl specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th.Revision) [Output-3500 sqm] 5 Providing ,laying and rolling of Open Graded Pre-Mix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates using 14.60Kg per 10Sqm bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheel 80-10kN static Roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 6 Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-C using 0.06cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8kg of bitumen per 10sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant tar and all labours and T &P etc. 7 Construction of moorum shoulder with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
