The hollow space of the ring should be filled with RCC 1:1.5:3. The handrail shall be 90cm Height 6cm thick in RCC fins 1:1.5:3 with chicken mesh. The exposed surface of the steps shall be finished with exterior paintoftwo or more coats including with priming coat. The cost including shuttering, scaffolding and curing etc., complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement of landing slab and connecting beam which will be paid separately and all as per Engineer in charge.
