Tender For Special Repair to Boinda Makarmunda Road- 1 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MoRD by manual means. 2 Flank dressing to proper camber including T&P materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening(morum and sand admixture) to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Providing applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 5 Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materialswith brooms or soft brushes and finallydusting with old gunny bags and/orcompressed air to receive bituminous 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) 7 Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen in addition of waste Plastic of above 10% by weight of B 8 Construction of embankment with approaved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 9 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint 2 Coats of approved shade on old work one coat to give an evenshade inculding cost of paint etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 10 Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 11 Ordinary Kilometer Stone (Precast) 12 200 m stone (precast) 13 Guard post (precast) 14 Providing and fixing of semi-reflective cautionary,mandatiry and informatory sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 1.5mm thick M.S.sheet duly stove in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective boarder of 65 mm width and required message, letters,figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per Clause 1701.3.9 MORD for rural roads of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450mm X 450mm x 600mm,600mm below ground level as per approved drawing and technical specification clause 1701.2.2 15 60 cm x 45 cm rectangular(Village Board) 16 90 cm equilateral Triangle.( Cautionary Sign Board) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
