(Part-1); 1 Earth work in Excavation in trenches for foundation pipes cables etc in ordinary soil (loam clay sand incl.etc all comp. 2 Disposal of surplus earth/malwa upto 5.00 km distance including loading/unloading of material with all charge complete. 3 Prov & laying in position cement concrete 1:4.8 excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) 4 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 5 Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulous mortar above but in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level including necessary cutting and moulding of brickwork as required and also including honeycomb brick Inthickness of wall more than 12cm. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 6 12mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement, fine sand etc all complete.Cement:mortar 1:4 7 Finishing wall with putty brand of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 8 Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture etc. 9 Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.
