Tender For Supply Installation Testing And Commissioning Of Various Material At Senior Citizen Welfare Association, Bimbisar Nagar, Goregaon East=The steel cupboard shall be of size 1980mm (H) (+/ 25mm) X 900mm (W) (+/-25mm) X 485 (D) (+/-10mm) made in 20 SWG M.S CRCA sheet with 4 adjustable shelves having uniformly distributed load of 80 kgs. Steel Rack :- Overall Size of 1800mm high X 900mm wide X 450mm deep. Six Shelves, inclusive of top & bottom. Four vertical MS CRCA slotted angles to be size of 38mm X 38mm X 3mm thick and will have slots at approx. 29mm Centre to centre distance for adjusting shelves. The distance between two slots should not be less than 6mm. Each shelf to be made out of 1.20mm thick MS CRCA sheet with sides turned down and fitted to the angles with nuts and bolts of suitable size. Bottom shelf to be fitted at a height of 150mm approx. from the ground. Gussets of minimum 75mm X 75mm X 1.20mm thick to be provided two at each corner for topmost and bottommost shelves. The rack shall be epoxy polyester powder coated to the thickness of 50 microns. The base with rubber shoes etc. Complete as per the instructions given by Municipal Architect. Visitor Chair : Providing and supplying visitor chair having size Depth-62cm, width-55cm, height-80cm & seat height 45 cm. (+/- 2cm ), having seat & back, shall be made up of 1.2 cm hot pressed plywood, approved tapestry upto Rs.300/m and mould polyurethane foam with P.V.C. lipping all around etc. complete. The chair shall be provided with two one piece armrest made of polypropylene. The chair shall be supported by cantilever type powder coated tubular frame dia 2.54cm x 14 B G M.S.E.R.W. tube. All aluminium steel component shall have Epoxy Polyster Powder Coated. The chair shall be Ergonimc Dry film thickness shall be more than 45 Micron. And as directed by Architect in charge. The over all appearance of the product shall be as per photograph. All metal work shall be Epoxy Polyster Powder Coated and as directed by Architect in charge. Providing & fixing Notice board of required shape, size & 150mm deep [Typical size: 900 to1800mmx150mmx 600 to 1300mm (L x W x H) ] in 19 mm,12mm thick marine grade ply as required of requisite manufacturers viz. Green/Anchor / Century or equivalent approved make generally confirming to I.S 710-2010 top, bottom ,sides, back etc. including necessary facias, etc. with necessary lipping (BTC). The board shall be finished with 1mm thick decorative laminate of approved make, type, colour & shade of Glossy /Matt/Suede /Fine /Line /wood grains finished, lamination pattern with/without grooves as required to exposed surface & edges, 11mm thick soft board of approved quality fixed over 12 mm thick marine grade ply. The Soft Board shall be finished with good quality cloth of approved quality & colour. with the notice board shall be mounted on wall with s.s hooks, screws. STACKABLE PEDIATRIC PLASTIC CHAIRS WITH ARMREST WITHOUT CUSHION- Purchasing, providing and placing in required position plastic of PPCP raw material make stackable pediatric chair with armrest and seat one body of plastic grade as per standard quality in colors of blue, red, any other as per availability & selection. Overall size: 32cmLx30cmWx40cmH, back rest ht: 30cm and complete as per manufacturers specifications & instructions of Consultant Architect.
