Regarding The Appointment Of A Technical Service Agency To Assist In The Work Of Conducting A Detailed House- To- House Survey Of Every Building Property Of All Properties Within The Limits Of The Nagar Panchayat Teosa, As Well As Conducting A Detail-1 To assist the Nagar Panchayat in preparing zone maps, ward maps for tax collection work with the help of drones / Google Maps / satellite images. 2 To assist the Nagar Panchayat in surveying and collecting information on the property (building or land), analyzing the property and preparing reports on the surveyed property. 3 To prepare sketch diagrams and case papers of each property, matching with the records of the Nagar Panchayat. To assist the Nagar Panchayat in identifying duplicate and unknown properties. 4 To assist the Nagar Panchayat in preparing a draft list by assessing the property according to the capital value or rateable value method as per sections 112 and 114 of the Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, Industrial Urban Act, 1965. 5 To prepare section 119 (Notice Notice) of the Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, Industrial Urban Act, 1965 and to assist the Nagar Panchayat in printing the notice notice. 6 To assist the Nagar Panchayat staff in distributing Section 119 (Notice Notice) of the Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, Industrial Urban Act, 1965. 7 To assist the Nagar Panchayat in preparing the final tax assessment list of all properties as per Section 121 of the Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, Industrial Urban Act, 1965. 8 To prepare Section 150 (Demand Bill) of the Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, Industrial Urban Act, 1965 and to assist the Nagar Panchayat in printing the Demand Bill. 9 To assist the Nagar Panchayat staff in distributing Section 150 (Demand Bill) of the Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, Industrial Urban Act, 1965. 10 To assist the Nagar Panchayat in preparing desktop software for computerizing the survey records collected under the survey for the Property Tax Department. 11 To assist the Nagar Panchayat in preparing the Demand Register and Bill for the Property Tax Department under the annual maintenance and repair for 5 years.
