Tender For Repair Maintenance To Connecting Road In Pocket 3 In Beg And Centre Roorkee Under Ge Roorkee; 1 Repair to pot holes and depth n exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust & mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc. cutting around edges to least 25mm in depth and making good by applying paving tack coat with bituminous primer paving/bitumen (VG-10) viscosity garde @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.80 Kg of binder with 0.06 Cum of sand) again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholeexc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with broomny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for applying evenly a tack coat/ priming coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG-10, over surfaces including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thckness with 5.5 % binder content VG-30 by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for preparation of old painted surface and two coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint)(each coat) of curve stone and steel surfaces all as specified and directed by engr in charge 6 M&L in repairthermoplastic reflective paint as in road marking 2 mm thick single coat as in centre line or edge line road marking of 100/150 mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic paint ( Hot application) white by indigeneous modern propelled raod marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder glass beads Titanium-diaoxide calcium carbonate lintar fillers thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per the table No. 800-4 specification including spraying of glass beads instrucions complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Make of paint STP, ASIAN or equivalent as approved by GE
