CERTAIN B/R MISC REPAIRS TO DRAIN, PATH CULVERTS COMPOUND WALL, SECURITY FENCING AND HARD STANDING ETC IN RESIDENTIAL AREA AT RCI HYDERABAD.; 1 Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion of concrete, brick masonary and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed. 2 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes)in hard/dense soil, each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, complete all as specified and directed. 3 M/L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for posts etc, incl formwork if required complete all as specified 4 Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Supply only PVCcoated tuflon chain link fencing (2.5mm wire+1.5mm PVC coating) of approved mesh of size 75mm sizeand nominal dia GI wire with tolerance as per IS to any type of standards , rails straining bolts etc., including provision of line wires , binding wire etc.,complete all as directed. 6 Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as directed. 7 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire all as specified and directed 8 S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as direct, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) incl all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting,etc and similar work conforming toFe-290 (Gde E165) all as specified and directed. 9 S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E165) all as specified and directed. 10 Mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5 Cm long but not exceeding10 cm long , 5 to 10mm dia of neck as specified and directed. 11 S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specifed and directed. (each line wire to be measured) 12 S & F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranckingbending spirally for hooping for col hooking ends and binding with and including mile steel wire non less than 0.9 mm dia securing with clips in quality complete all as specifed and directed. 13 M & L welding in repairs not exceeding 2.5 cm in length with thickness of metal not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and as directed. 14 M & L welding in repairs exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5 cm in length with thickness of metal not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and as directed.Note: (1) Works shall be carried out in multi storey Building upto 2nd floor. 15 M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 16 Demolition of brick works/stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc. 17 Dismnantling of wrought iron or mild steel works of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed. 18 Taking down cement plaster of any description onbrick or stone walls from any height including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified 20 M&L walling of square rubble regular coursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted stone masonry built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 21 All as per item No 20 above but except stones. 22 M&L Flush pointing to squared rubble Secunderabad type masonarycoursed or uncoursed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for boulder pitching laid dry handpacked tightly and grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 including demolition of unserviceable boulder pitching complete all as specified and directed. 24 Material and labour for brick work with fly ashbricks old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed 25 M&L 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick surface with CM 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed. 26 M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc, incl formwork if required complete all as specified 27 Dismantling of Stone slabs laid, bedded and pointing in any mortar and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. 28 M&L for machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade, glossy finished of approved colour laid over and including 40 mm thick fine sand cushion to a line and slope etc and joined complete including spreading screened river sand over surface for filling the joints with rising surface vibrator etc complete all as specified . 29 M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors With grey cement and pigments and including 15mm screed bed in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed. 30 Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level). 31 M&L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, concretesurface furnished fair and rough as in subbase complete all as specified. 32 M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in drains, incl necessary formwork complete all as specified 33 M&L for Preparation of new concrete surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over 10cm girth or width in two colours as per approved pattern over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. 34 M&L for Preparation of new plastered Concrete surfaces and applying two coats oMaterial & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfacesr complete all as specified and directed. 35 M & L for Cement concrete 50 mm thickType B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement in floor/ .Complete all as specified and directed. 36 M&L for preparation and applying two coat of floor paint of new/old path tiles (Make-Indigo Floor paint).All as specified and directed. 37 Material and labour for preparation of any description over 10 centimetre width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint of curbs stone.Complete all as specified and as directed. 38 M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work(table rubbed and polished) for wall lining / cladding over cement mortar in (1:4) (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar(1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.all as specified and directed. 39 M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) incooking platforms and like bededin cement mortar (1:4), 15mm thick including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified and directed. 40 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) 150mm internal dia of pipe jointed in cement mortar including PCC bed and disposal of concrete debris in low lying areas complete all as directed. 41 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) 200mm internal dia of pipe jointed in cement mortar including PCC bed and disposal of concrete debris in low lying areas complete all as directed. 42 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs including necessary form work, placed in position, set in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of damaged RCC cover slabs complete all as specified and directed.Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. 57 M&L, TMT bars 10mm dia, as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. 58 Cleaning ofblocked WCs and soil pipe lines of any dia upto first manhole by roding or by any other means and flushing well with water after cleaning complete all as directed. 59 Cleaning of nahani trap of any depth by opening cover and taking out accumulated sludge, garbage, silt or any other foreign material, flushing with clean water, re-fixing the cover after cleaning of nahani trap and removing the sludge and other foreign material to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100 M and buried under ground (minimum 300mm below ground level) including excavation of pits and returning, filling in and dressing ground to slope if required, complete all as specified and as directed. 60 Mechanically pumping out sewage water from Septic Tanks / Soak Wells / Sumps etc., of any size / dia by means of mechanical operated equipment / trolley mounted Browsers with taking all precautionary measures and removing water to outside MD land (working on foul condition) complete all as directed. 61 Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), finishedsmooth and reforming benching for any bore pipe as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 62 Taking up existing loose CI manhole covers and frames, medium duty, any type and size, prepararing top of brick work to receive covers and setting in cement mortar 1:3 and flaunching with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and directed. 63 Cleaning of sewage line of any bore and storm water drains by rodding or using jetting machine or by any other means from one manhole to another manhole, septic tank to manhole, gully trap to manhole etc,. dewatering, desilting and flushingwell with water after clearing the blockage and testing the flow complete all as directed. 64 Cleaning of roofs/ slabs/ chajjas, rain water pipe, Cutting/derooting of small plants/shrubs etc from the building and removing all dust/ dry leaves/ mud etc., and making good disturbed wall/flooring surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate or in cement mortar 1:3 as per site requirement including disposal of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and directed by
