Tender For Repair To Joinery, Plumbing, Sanitary,Plastering And Other Connected Bldg Repair Work In Otm Accn-Iii Of Age B/R-Ii Under Ge (North) Ambala Cantt; 1 Schedule A Part-I (B/R itmes)Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches,pillar, etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Material and labour for brick work with sub class B old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 3 All as per serial item No. 02 here in befor but except bricks old serviceable bricks obtained from serial item No01aboveincluding removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Material and labour for brick work with sub class -B bricks, in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan to any radius, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge 5 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge 6 Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar (1:4)including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note- The cost of providing WPC shall be included in quoted rate under this item ) 7 Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceilingsurfaces, chajjas, etc. in cement mortar (1:3) andfinishedeven and smoothwithout using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Material and labour for rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine stone aggregate of size between 6 to 12 mm as per the texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, roof projection, etc. and applyingtwo coats of cement base paintover a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemperwith painting roller over and including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in one or two coats to achieve smooth surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Material and labourfor preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces and applyingthree coats of white lime wash on surfaces of ceilings, chajjas, roof projection etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 13 S & F stainlesssteel curtain rod 25mm dia having wall thickness 1.00mmfixed with and including stainless steeldecorative brackets, two lotto for each rod length at both endetcas in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Supply and fixingPVC connections 15 mm size and600 mm of length with PTMT nuts and PVC washers on both endsas in repair completeall as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge 16 Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge 17 Material and labour for galvanised iron tubing 15mm bore, ISI marked, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floorscomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Material and labour galvanised iron tubing 20 mm bore, ISI marked, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floorscomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 19 Supply and fixing as in repair bib tap 15mm bore fancy type brass chromium plated with long body,ISI marked, wall flanges and capstan head,screwed down,screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 20 Supply and fixing as in repairfancy type pillar tap of 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, ISI marked, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 21 Material and labour for 75mm bore PVC (SWR) multi-floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge 22 S & F 15mm bore cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated stop valves with long shank and cup (concealed type), screwed down, high pressure with capstan head, scrwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions as in repair ,complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Supply and fixing as in repair brass chromium plated Engineer-in-Charge. 25 Supply and fixing of vitreous china wash hand basin whitewith pedestal,ISI marked,flat back of size 550mmx400mm fixed on and including cast iron cantilever bracket, 32mm dia brass waste coupling chromium plated and 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe including fixing ofwaste fitting, etc as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Supply and fixing as in repairvitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern,580 mm x 440 mm size, whitecolour with integral foot rest and PVC SWR P orS trap of pressure rating 6 Kg per square cm complete including provision of cement concrete bedding, connection to trap, outgoing flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe, etc.complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 27 Supply and fixing in replacement10 litre PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern with inlet ball valve float, handle, etc. with and including brackets, flush pipe, etc.and connections of flush pipes to WCcomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 28 Supply and fixing for vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (including fixing bolts but excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat white closed pattern with flat bottom cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinges deviceas in repaircomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 29 Supply and fixing as in repair vitreous china urinal, half stall type white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe) but including brass chromium plated spreader, PVC waste pipe, providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, grating and union for discharge pipe. The colour of tanks shall be white colour . 37 Taking down chowkats or frames with shutterarea exceeding 1.50 Square meter andnot exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 38 Taking down chowkats or frames with shutterareanot exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 39 Taking down shutters of any description area exceeding 01 sqm but not exc 2 sqm each and removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 40 Material and labour for factory made 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick plain framed panelled shutter( two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both face . The size of rail and style as per IS:1003 (Part-1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 41 Material and labour for factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeletonshutters,open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc. (without sash bars) ,edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 42 Supply and fixing as in repairbox type using ERW hollow P section ventilators fixed type with glazing barincluding MS grills of square bar 10mm dia @ 100 c/c complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded, including two coat of synthetic enamel ordinary tint paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 43 Supply and fixing ofsolid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelaminated PVC sheet on single side used instead of plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, edges will be painted to match with prelaminated sheet andfixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 44 Supply and fixing offactory made solid PVC moulded door shutters with particle board core 28 to 30 mm thick (styles) with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick prelaminated moulded PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 45 S&F double shutter steel window box type ERW hollow P section comprising of glazed/gauged skeleton shutterfabricated fromfollowing sections :-(a) ERW hollow P section frame of size 60 mm x25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (02 Nos i.e. 01 for glazed shutter and 01 for gauzed shutter ). Both P section shall be welded with flat iron 25x03 mm thick all around of frame on both inner and outer faces . (b) Style and rails of window shutters shall be fabricated with ERW hollow P section of size 50 mm x25 mm made from 1.00 mm thick MS sheet and comprising of 02 Nos sash bars for glazed window leafof T – section20 x 03 mm thick and one No sash bar of 20 mm x 3 mm thick section for gauzed winodw leaf .(c) Vertical mullion shall be ERW hollow T -section of size 60 x 25 mmmade from 1.25 mm thickMS sheet (d) The above steel window shall be deemed to include the following accessories/ fittings : i)Hold fast 150mm long mild steel flat iron 12x3 mm thick made to shape- 04 Nos per window ii)Handle of Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long – 01 No per leaf.iii) MS tower bolt stove enamelled150mm long- 2 Nos per leaf. iv) Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper – 01 No per leaf. type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in holdfasts etc.,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 48 Supply and fixing of 150 mm long aluminium handle, cast type, anodised complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 49 Supply and fixing of 200 mm long, aluminium anodised, barrel tower boltsof extruded sectioncomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 50 Supply and fixing of 250mm long aluminium alloy, anodized, sliding bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloys to door shutter complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 51 Supply and fixing of butt hinges 100mm long of stainless steel, medium weight, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 52 S&F mild steel 150mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs, including roller and roller plate including welding or screwing to MS frame complete all as specified and directed. 53 Supply and fixing in repair stainless steel grating 100mm dia with or without waste hole complete all as specified and directed. 54 Resecuring or easing & adjusting shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each, without taking down shutters complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge 55 Material & Labour for running welding in repairs thickness to metal to be welded not exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 56 Material and labour for preparation of new woodensurfacesof any description, not otherwise described, over10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 57 Material and labour forpreparation of new steel surfacesof any description, not otherwise described, over10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paintover a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 58 Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds and steel window frame glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 59 Material and labour for sheet glass 3.0mm thick ordinary qualityand glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane and glazing with oil putty to steel window and with wooden beads to wooden shutters, complete all as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge. 60 Supply and fixing ofstainless steel wire cloths0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and averagewidth of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 61 Supply and fixing as in repair stainless steel wire cloths0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and averagewidth of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 62 Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- this item shall be executed where only tiles are dismantling) 63 Demolition of cement concrete (un–reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 64 Material and labour forNon Skid coloured ceramic tilesjoint free premium/1st quality 7 to 8 mm thick, (Square/rectangular)area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over andincluding15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 65 Material and labour forNon Skid coloured ceramic tiles joint freepremium/1st quality of same description as of floor tiles in serial item No. 64 abovebut 100mm to 200mm heightas in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colouredcement mixed with pigmentto match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 66 Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/skirtings/dados of size300mmx 600mmx7mmto 8 mmm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colouredcement mixed with pigmentto match over and including 10mm thick rendering onfaces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4),complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 67 Material and labour for vitrified ceramictiles light shade,1st quality,(square/ rectangular), 10mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm andnot exc 1.00 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colouredcement to match the surface over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 68 Material and labour for vitrified ceramiclight shade tiles, 1st quality, of same description as of floor tiles in serial item No.67abovebut 100mm to 200mm heightas in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colouredcement to match the surface over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 69 Material and labour for25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 as in sub base of floor (using 12.50mm gradedcrushed stone aggregate), finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note- This item shall not be executed in the location, where dismantling of tiles only have been done. 70 Material and labour for 8 to 10mm thickheavy duty (digital) vitrified coloured paver tiles of size 300mm x 300mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Ceiling tiles and ceiling grid shall be of the same make. 92 Supply and fixing 5mm PVC hollow sheet (the thicknees of inner wall 0.7 to 1.00mm) in wall panelling inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site with U clip or PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge 93 S&F 8 to 10 mm fluted PVCsheetpanelling inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site with U clip or PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge 94 Material andlabour for dismantlingof Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors , aprons etc. ( Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 95 Material and labour for 18-20 mm thick Baroda green stone slab(of any type) work, table rubbed and polishedin steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4and round moulding to edges cills, cooking platform, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 96 Supply andfixingPowder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.Note : (a). Weight of aluminium sections shall be as per IS or actual weight which ever less shall be measured. (b). The rates quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, jointing clips, screws, etc as required and the same shall not be measured for arriving the weight; 97 Supply andfixingPowder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.Note : (a). all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 116 Supply and fixing mild steel chromium plated hand shower (health faucet ABS body) suitable for 15mm dia pipe with 8mm dia 1.25 mtr long
