Tender For Provision Of Paved Area At Lkt At Af Stn Bhowali; 1 Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 2 Forming embankments including raising (or lowering)earth,spreading in layers n.exc 30cm ; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size ,shape,etc, n.exc 1.5 m high from base all as specified and directed.( Note: Qty obtained from item No- 1 and only less than 63 mm size bouldersshall be used, mixed with finer Earth to achieve proper packing and consolidation. (Earth obtained from outside of defence land shall be measured and paid separately.) 3 Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 4 Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed. 5 Removing excavated materials exc 250 m but n exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point. 6 M&L for hard core of broken stone of gauge exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and rough to receive the topping layer completeall specified and directed. 8 M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less completeall specified and directed. 9 M & L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade -B complete all as specified and directed. 10 M & L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade -B complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed as required etc complete all as specified and directed. 12 M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation 25 mm thick all as specified and directed. 13 Labour only for80mm thickness M-40 Grade precast concrete interlocking paver block and pointed withgrey cement and pigment and of approved size and shape and confirming to IS 15658-2006, complete all as specified and directed. ( Qty obtained from dismantling of old paver blocks) 14 M & L for 80mm thickness M-40 Grade precast concrete interlocking paver block and pointed withgrey cement and pigment and of approved size and shape and confirming to IS 15658-2006, complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed. 16 M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitered /stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed. 17 M & L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 18 M & L for 300 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes,class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars laid under the road complete all as specified and directed. 19 M & L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 20 M & L for painting to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width including preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed. 21 Excavation over area n exc. 1.50 m depth and getting out soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed. 22 Excavation over area exc 1.50 m depth and n.exc 3.0 m depth and getting out hard rock complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for plain cement concrete1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling &mass concretingetcas specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 24 M&L forstonewalling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bounded, bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) using locally available best stone complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L Providing PCC bond stone (for stone walling), type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 26 Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones & dressing to face beds and joints as specified at RR walling uncoarsed or brought upto coarse, max depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 20 mm 27 M&L for PCC type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed. 28 M&L for raised pointing to RR, uncoarsed or brought upto course stone masonry in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 29 Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers n exc. 25 Cm thick in each layers all as specified and directed. 30 M&L for hand packing (any thickness) broken stone at back of wall and raising (or lowering) to the required levelcomplete all as specified and directed. 31 M&L for UPVC pipe 100 mm bore ( SCH-80) laid in retaining wall complete all as specified and directed.
