Tender For Repair To Bridge Over Local Nallah On Rd To Antasahi Road For The Year 2025-26.- 1 Dismantling of brick or stone masonry in lime or stone masonry under 3mtr height including stacking the useful materials etc complete. 2 Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil with initial leads and liftsetc comp. 3 Filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming etc complete as directed. 4 C C (1:3:6) with 4cm size hg metal in f & p with cost conveyance royalty etc complete. 5 In Foundation 6 In Sub-Structure 7 CC ( 1:2:4 ) with using 12 mm size HG Chips of approved quality rom approved quarry including all cost conveyance,taxes , labour , royality T & P required for the work etc cmplete as per the direction of E-I-C. 8 R.C.C. ( M - 25 ) with 12 mm size hg chips of approved quality with cost conveyance royality etc complete as directed. 9 Deckslab 10 Providing &laying reinforced cement concrete wearing courseof M-30 Grade in superstructure complete(excluding reinforcement) asper drawing. 11 Supplying HYSD bar for MS reionforcement for R.C.C work including cutting bending binding and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge including cost of MS or TOR rod. 12 Providingweepholesinbrickmasonary/stone masonary plain/reinforcement concreteabutment,wingwall,returnwall etc. 13 Providing and laying filtermedia with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness not lessthan 600 mm etc. 14 Earth work in hard soil with mechanical leads and lifts including rough dressing and breaking clouds to 5cm to 7cm sizes and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 mtr height in depth including royality etc complete as per specification and direction of the E-I-C. 15 Providing G.S.B using Sand and Moorum admixture with required propertion including compaction and all cost ,conveyance royality and taxes etccomplete as directed. 16 Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water Bound Macadam - Grade-II specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing , Rolling with three wheel 80 - 100 KN static Roller in stages to proper Grade & Camber , applying & Brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates , watering & Compacting to the required densityas per clause 405 of MORD Specificationfor Rural roads including cost , conveyance ,royality ,taxes ,labour & T & P required for work etc complete as per direction of E-I-C. 17 Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water Bound Macadam - Grade-III specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing , Rolling with three wheel 80 - 100 KN static Roller in stages to proper Grade & Camber , applying & Brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates , watering & Compacting to the required densityas per clause 405 of MORD Specificationfor Rural roads including cost , conveyance ,royality ,taxes ,labour & T & P required for work etc complete as per direction of E-I-C. 18 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface og granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer coat @ 0.60 kg / sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MPRD Specification for Rural roads including all cost conveyance taxes labour T & P royality required for the work etc complete as per the direction of E-I-C. 19 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using emulsion distributer at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MoRD and as per direction of E-I-C. 20 Providing 20mm thick open graded Premix Carpetusing 20mm, 10mm, 6mm size HG chips and 14.60 kg of bitumen on road surface with all cost conveyance & royality of materials including rolling with PRR ……..etc complete. 21 Providing 6mm thick sealcoat type-B etc...complete. as per the MOrth Specification and direction of E.I.C.
