Tender For Replacement Of Terracotta Wall Tiles And Retrofitting In Md Accommodation In Sector - 42 Chandigarh; 1 Dismantlingwall tiles (terracotta tiles) including cement mortar bedding (at any height) and disposal of building rubbish/melba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials out side the campus (MoD Land) to approved municipal dumping ground by mechanical means including loading transporting, unloading and clearing/cleaning entire area to the satisfaction of users complete all as specified and directed. 2 Material and labour for plastering surfaces 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement in finished even and smooth including necessary scaffolding and other safety andother safety measures at any height complete all as specified and directed.Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately. 3 Supply only liquid waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 4 Material and labour for forming V grooves in plaster in exc 10mm deep and n exc 10mm on faces to match with existing pattern (size and shape) complete all as specified and directed. 5 Material and labour for finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade new work/old (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. 6 Material and labour chipping or unsound/weak concrete material as per site requirement from slabs, beams, columns etc, with manual chisel and/or standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities includingcleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts complete all as specified and directed. 7 Material and labour cleaning or reinforcement bars upto 12mm dia bars from rust from the reinforming bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material and labour providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make on chipped portion of RCC complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour providing mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified cement mortar (inclusive of cement mortar) 15 mm in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wtof cement used) complete all as specified and directed. 10 Dismantling 75 mm dia rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 meters lead and refixingwith & including of new sockets, bends and tees complete all as specified and directed. 11 Dismantling 100 mm dia rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 meters lead and refixing with and including of new sockets, bends and tees complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply and fixing stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron any dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts and securing end of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed.
