Tender For Construction Of Property Boundary Wall At Chutka Madhya Pradesh Atomic Power Project (Cmpapp) At Village Chutka, District Mandla; 1 Conducting surveying by traversing using total station and fixing of boundary markings at every 30 mtrs interval by anchoring pre-fabricated structural steel member in the soil up to 300 mm depth inclusive of filling with cement slurry, clearing bushes etc., complete as directed by Engineer in charge (Structural steel will be paid separately in the relevant item) 2 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil 4 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Ordinary rock 5 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 6 Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources and using recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) as coarse aggregate and fine aggregate within the permissible utilization, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland/Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete for all works: Concrete of M20 grade with minimum cement content of 270 kg /cum. 7 Casting, supplying and erection of RCC pre cast columns with footings, for 3 mtrs height above ground level having facility for grooves to accommodate slabs on opposite faces or on perpendicular faces to facilitate the change in the orientation including the cost of transportation, loading, unloading, stacking and erection in the excavated pits as per drawings provided by NPCIL and sequence as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note 1. Grooves in the columns should be detailed to accommodate the slabs for depth below ground level as per the drawing. 2. This item includes the cost of reinforcement, cost of shoe arrangement at bottom of columns, cost of bolts, nuts and any other accessories required for connection of columns with foundation pedestal.3. This item also includes the cost of Conbextra GP2 grout required for filling the gap in bolted connection between the columns and pedestal.4. Pre casting inside CMPAPP site will not be permitted. 8 Casting, Supplying, fixing of prestressed pre cast slabs to span between two columns including the cost of prestresssing, transportation, loading, unloading, stacking and erection as per drawings provided by NPCIL and sequence as directed by Engineer in charge etc. complete. Note1. Slabs shall have provision of weep holes and NPCIL logo (engraved in one of the panel at every span) and top panel shall be engineered for anchoring of galvanised Y post as mentioned in drawing provided by NPCIL.2. The cost of reinforcement/tendons/strands along with all wastages, prestressed upto the stress as mentioned in drawings is included in this item, no separate payment shall be made for this.3. Pre casting inside CMPAPP site will not be permitted. 9 Providing and fixing 2 ply x 6 barbs barbed wire of 12-gauge thickness of approved quality and make confirming to BIS: 278 of latest edition on Y shape fencing posts (4 nos. horizontal and 2 nos. diagonals on each side of Y posts) including tensioning and fastening at ends, providing, fixing and removing necessary scaffolding/ platform wherever required. This also includes cleaning the area and disposing the debris, waste, other unwanted materials upto a lead of 1 Km etc., complete as per drawing/specification, as per the direction of Engineer in-charge for all heights/ lifts and at all locations. 10 Providing and Erecting 610mm dia. GI punched tape concertina coil of approved make & quality, stretching the coil at 8 m percoil & fixing on Y shape fencing posts (in between barbed wire) and tying same with J clipsof approved make at regular interval including fixing and removing necessary scaffolding/ platform wherever required etc., complete all as per drawing/specification, manufacturers recommendation/ specification and as per the direction of Engineer in-charge for all heights/ lifts and at all locations. 11 Providing, fabricating and fixing in position, Galvanised structural steel items like angles, channels, flats, plates, pipes of standard diameter or other approved standard sections including the cost of nuts, bolts, groutingby using Conbextra GP2 for pocket filling/ anchor fasteners/boltsfor securing in position etc., or including all complete as per specification, drawing andas per the direction of Engineer in-charge 12 Providing and erecting Structural steel work using M.S. flats, angles, channels I-section, H-section etc. riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, etc. all complete. 13 Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 14 Centering and shuttering for concrete including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. 15 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 16 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 17 Brick work with non-modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand 18 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) 19 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar 20 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
