Tender For Special Repair To L052-Ps Road To Nuagaon Road For The Year 2025-26.= Clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening of berms, disposal of the stuff upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area including all labour, T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 2 Cutting of earth work in hard soil 3 Earth work in ordinary soil within 50 m initial mechanical lead & 1.5 m initial mechanical lift including rough dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 4 Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to recive bituminous 5 Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen @0.2 / 0.30/.40 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface/granular base treated with primer/ granular base (not primed) cleaned surface including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Providing and laying semi dense graded bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed agreegates of specified grading , premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen ,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for the road and bridge works (4th Revision) . 7 Providing the road surface in the both sides of berm manually with approved quality of moorum including all labour charges for spreading, laying, levelling for the work including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, finished item of works as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
