Tender For Special Repair To Rd Road To Sukhuapata For The Year 2025-26.= 1 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used. 2 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement. 3 Providing, conveying, spreading moorum or gravel and consolidation with H.R.R. including watering and cost, conveyance, royality of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 4 Cleaning the existing BT surface including removal of foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. 5 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 Kg/sqm using mechanical clause 502 of MOSRT & H specifications for raod and bridge works(4th. revision) 6 Scraping claning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick Built up Spray Grouting in one layer using 0.45 cum 25 mm to 40 mm size hard granite broken metal and 12.00 kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm with 0.12 cum of 12 mm size hard granite broken chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating, pouring and spreading bitumen, metal and chips and rolling with P.R.R. including hire and running charges of P.R.R. and all other machineries and including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials i.e. metal, chips, bitumen and all other T&P materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 7 Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
