Tender For Running Contract Of Maintenance And Repairing Of 33/11 Kv Ht And Lt Lines And Replacement Of Damaged/Broken Poles Etc. Of Various Places Due To Heavy Storm, Breakdowns Etc. Under Edd-Bisauli, Budaun.; 1 The work of safe carriage of the following material with loading/ unloading from store center Nawada, Budaun to site of work (Approx. Distance 0-70 Km.) 2 Safe cartage of 8.5 Mtr. PCC Pole 3 Safe cartage of 11.0 Mtr. Long ST poles. 4 Cartage of line material i.e. conductor, cross arm, insulator, clamps and other line material. 5 Replacement of damaged/broken 8.5 Mtr. Long PCC single support by digging of pits and dismantling of all accessories and erection of single new pole of same size, including fitting of all accessories. 6 Replacement of damaged/broken 11.0 Mtr. Long ST single support by digging of pits and dismantling of all accessories and erection of single new pole of same size, including fitting of all accessories. 7 Grouting of 8.5 mtr long PCC/11 Mtr. S.T. poles with 1:4:8 mixture in size (450x450x1500 mm) including cost of cement/C.C. and sand required. 8 Sagging of ACSR weasel conductor in-place of damaged/misplace conductor received from store center Nawada, Budaun as well as old conductor in between line due to heavy storm with laying, stringing, binding and jumpering on the erected poles in 11 KV HT/LT lines as per direction of supervising engineer. 9 Sagging of ACSR Dog conductor in-place of damaged/misplace conductor received from store center Nawada, Budaun as well as old conductor in between line due to heavy storm with laying, stringing, binding and jumpering on the erected poles in 33 KVlines as per direction of supervising engineer. 10 Repairing of damaged/rusted 9/11 meter long Steel Tubular Pole with the help of 03 Nos MS Angle of size 40x40x5x1500mm works includes opening of binding of Insulator, alignment of damaged/rusted pole digging of pits fixing of angle, its proper welding grouting & plinthing of S.T. poles as per UPPCL specification and as per direction of S.D.O. concern. Before doing the Job proper shutdown is to be taken, all man, material & Labour shall be provided by the contractor. 11 Replacement of damaged/misplace 33 KV Pin Insulator with Pin. 12 Replacement of damaged/misplace 33 KV V Type Steel Cross Arm. 13 Replacement of damaged/misplace 33 KV Cross Arm Holding Clamp with nut-bolts. 14 Replacement of damaged/misplace 33 KV F-Clamp (F-Clamp Providing by the Contractor) 15 Replacement of damaged/misplace 33 KV Disc Insulator with fitting 16 Replacement of damaged/misplace 11 KV Pin Insulator with Pin. 17 Replacement of damaged/misplace 11 KV V Type Steel Cross Arm. 18 Replacement of damaged/misplace 11 KV Cross Arm Holding Clamp with nut-bolts. 19 Replacement of damaged/misplace 11 KV F-Clamp (F-Clamp Providing by the Contractor) 20 Replacement of damaged/misplace 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting 21 Tree Cutting 22 Safe back carriage of Scrap (if any) from work site to Nawada store Budaun including safe loading & unloading (Approx. Distance 0-70 Km). 23 Note:- All required Nut & Bolt shall be provide by the contractor his own cost.
