Short dated tender - Tender For Interior & Electrical Works In Our Premises At Mannarpoluru Branch FALSE CEILING (ARMSTRONG CEILINGS – FINE FISSURED MICROLOOK EDGE WITH SILHOUETTE GRID (BLACK REVEAL) Sq.Ft. 500 Providing and fixing false ceiling system manufactured by M/s Armstrong World Industries. Using hot dipped galvanized steel section, rotary stitched main tee of size 15mm x 42 mm web height having 0.36 mm gauge at every 600 mm centre to centre maximum and rotary stitched cross tee of size 15 mm x 42 mm having 0.33 mm gauge at every 600mm c/c and wall angle of size 19 x 19 mm having 0.35 mm gauge fixed to the periphery of the wall. The above grid is suspended at every 600mm c/c in both directions using 2.0 mm thick pre-straightened GI wire laying FINE FISSURED MICROLOOK WITH SILHOUETTE GRID(BLACK REVEAL) ceiling tiles manufactured by M/s Armstrong World Industries, of size 600mmx600mmx15mm having NRC 0.55 Light reflectance of >84% (WT), thermal conductivity k = 0.052-0.057 W/m0K, Humidity Resistance of 99% , having Fire Performance CLASS O / CLASS 1 (BS 476) the grid surface having 3 Fine Fissured coats of white. The back of formed grid tile should have filled with sand and polished with one layer protective paint. (Branch & ATM) 2 PARTITIONS WORK 2.1 FULL HEIGHT SOLID PARTITION(Record Room, Strong Room) Sq.Ft. 138 Full height Solid Partition including flush door & strong room partition up to 7 only :- Providing and fixing solid partition the outer framing shall made out of aluminium hollow section of 65mm x 37mm size 1.0 mm thick of JINDAL / INDAL and Internal frame structure will placed at max distance of 2’-0” x 2-0 center to center horizontally and vertically.
