The lateral vertical clearances and complete Installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specification section 800 and IRC 67 2010 complete in all respect The Rates shall include cost of design fabrication, supply. transportation, Local shifting Erection of Signage structure using crane, inclusive of all taxes etc. all T&P machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 10 Retro Reflective Sheet:Retro Reflective Signs (Type -IV Sheet). for both side Providing and fixing retro-reflective signboards comprising of customised modular PU Epoxy Coated MS angle iron frame work, almunium composite panel (ACP) as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film latex printing The horizontal and vertical members including inclined outer members of the MS frame module shall be made of pair MS angle iron No panel size shall be more than one Sam and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with MS angle The MS frame module shall have lend not more than 3 mtr. The aluminum composite panes (AGP) shall have a thics of 4mm with 0.5mm thick Sam skin of aluminium on both sides The ACP shall be fixed on the MS frame with pup riveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm centre to centre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front visible face of the ACP micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to Type-IV of ASTM D 4956-09 shall be pressure foxed the retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67 2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender The
