Tender For In Chinhat First Ward, From Eldicon Square Malhaur Main Road To Hanuman Prasad House In Yamuna Vihar Colony, Via His House, To The Honble Justice Residence, Including Drains, Sidewalks, And A Paver Finisher. - Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 M-150 class of B/W in 1:4 in cement csand mortar etc all complete. 3 12mm thick plaster in 1:4 in cement csand mortar etc all complete. 4 RCC work in 1:1.5:3 in cement csand & stone grit etc all complete. 5 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 6 Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 7 P/L GSB as well graded uniform layer etc all complete. 8 Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost) 9 Providing and Applying Priming coat with bitumen pressure distributor at of 0.75 kg per SQM on the prepared bituminous surface clean with mechanical broom. 10 Providing and laying dence graded bituminus macadam with higher capacity HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixxed with bituminus binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix work site, laying with a hydrostatics paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achived the desired compaction as per MORTH specifcation clause no-505 complete in all respects. 11 BC with Waste Plastic additive: Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specifiled grading. premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equlped with electronic sensor to the required grade, evel and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge 12 Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. 13 S/F of Inaugauration name board etc all complete. 14 Deduction cost of old material bricks, bats etc all complete. 15 Deduction cost of old material bats etc all complete.
