(Design to be approved by Department of Tourism) 18 Flower decoration on stage. 19 Bouquets 15 nos 20 Stall for refreshment for VIPS 21 Refreshment for VIPs during Boat Show (30 nos Snacks packets with five items) 22 Pole Branding (Size 4ft x 2ft) from Karapur tisk Sankhali, Sankhali to Hospital Road - 40 poles and 4 poles at prominent places in Goa ( 4 Days prior to the event) 23 Branding boards 6’ x 3’ 6 nos at various locations at Event Venue and 8 standees at GTDC Residencies/counters (artwork to be approved by GTDC/Department of Tourism) 24 Branding boards of GTDC new tourism services of size 8’ x 4’ 10 nos to be displaced at the temple area and the both side walls of the passage leading to the leading to the sitting gallery area (artwork and the display location to be approved by DOT) 25 Settng up of gallary with seating arrangements for 200 people VIPs with Chairs, carpet and pandal on the other side of the Valvanti river.(location to be confirmed with Deepavali Utsav Committee) 26 Agency will have to print 500 A4 size festival pamphlets to be placed in GTDC residencies and information centres/ counters. (artwork to be approved by GTDC/Department of Tourism). 27 2 nos. of portable toilets to be arranged at the venue. 28 After the event is over a detailed Report along with achievement, photo coverage and video coverage of the event etc. has to be submitted to this office
