Tender For Reconstruction Work From Fatehpur To Pathauli Road - Water Bound Macadam Grading - 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kNin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up to interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Techincal Specification Clause 405 3B Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc also including VAT, labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc also including VAT, labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Technical Specificaton Clasue (502-I). 3 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 4 Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet by Manual Means of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm agregates using V.G.-10 grade bitumen bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base by manual MORD specifications 508 (excluding cost of labour cess & GST) 5 Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (excluding cost of labour cess & GST) 6 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5including all material, labour, taxes but excluding GST 7 Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 Bricks 7cm wide 11cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of Brics finished to the required templet and in proper alignment and also including Drassing and ramming the Excavated earth by the Engineer- Incharge 8 Construction of un-reinforced dowel jointed at expension and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement,thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregates and exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriateweigh batcher usingapproved mix design ,laid in approved fixedside from work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film , wedges,steel platesincluding levelling the form work as per drawing),spreading the concretewith shovels ,rakes,compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of complete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause (1501) 9 Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 10 Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per PWD S.I NO 5.08 Item No.281 11 R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3. .for slabs. lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra as per PWD S.I NO 5.11 Item No.284 12 Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications
